Slow map loading, immovable marker and necessary to add drop off location. User interface is also not appealing. One should be easy enough to use the app. Because if a person uses the app, it will generate revenues.

App needs lots of update changes e.g. ETA, tracking driver, live availability of drivers, custom pickup and drop off location on map, booking or gifting rides for other EasyCab users (friends), profile update feature on app, user picture etc.

Everytime I want to book a car it says all cars are busy..... Careem and Uber are way better than this app.
