Sick in using this app.error message flashes alltime.no use of using it on android ...tried several options no go.

Can't renew the policy .flashing error

When u try to renew it shows please contact nearest office.. it clearly useless app.

Lot of bugs... No proper validation done . Resolve it to make best use of it.

I used this app to purchase insurance on March 30,2017.money was deducted instantly from my account with no trace of my polcy details.After several days of follow-up with star I got my policy issued on April 6 .They deducted money on March 30 and issued policy only on April 6 deny my chance to save income tax.They also asked not to use this app for purchase of insurance.This makes the picture clear

Useless application. Does not take e mail address . Gives reason e mail address too long. Secondly while renewing policy internal error message appears.

Still shows Internal Error while renewing through My Policies. Please rectify ASAP.

Waste of time installing. Poor technical team. Recommend no one to install the app. Could not add policy for renewal. After contacting support they added the policy back end. Now i could not make payment it throws error. Going to uninstall

App has so many complaints but no response from developer. it is irresponsible and irrespect to customers. App is toooo bad it is not able to attach my policy more over it shows input details are not correct. Not only the app website is also not able to attach my policy. It creates very bad impression about Star Insurance company. So please make updates to solve all these problems or remove the app from the app store.
