Easy Filter

Easy Filter has been very effective for me and easy to use. I would like to suggest two improvements: remove the "permanent" notifications, or at least allow the user to turn them off without turning off the app; and have a paid version which allows one to eliminate ads. Those two changes would earn it 5 stars from me.

I really like this app and it works all the time until I have to reboot my phone then it disappears and doesn't block the calls. I have to always manually go to the app and bring it back up. Is there something I am not doing correctly on a setting or something?

This app has worked with all of my Samsung Galaxy phones from my S2 all the way to my S7. It also worked on my basic androids that I used inbetween the times when I broke one of my galaxy devices. Best call & text blocker!

Edited: Either i did something wrong or this did not do as described. I added someone n their text still got thru. Will be emailing developer. Had to block this piece of crap skank scumbag! What I really like is they get a msg that u can write b4 hand n wen they try to text that's the response they're suppose to get. Will edit/update after I find out if I did something wrong to make it not work properly.

I installed the app and did all as follow but it didn't block him sure the phone replied for me but I can see the text messages the guy sends me and it's really infuriating that the guy can still text me no problemo

I've decided to give more stars. I don't like the ads. Or that one big one that covers the whole screen. But its a good app and I've had it for a long time. Every few months it disappears from my phone and I have to re- download, but I'm glad I have this app.

Update: This was working fine, but lately it stopped blocking the block list. K have it set to block the block list + only allow contacts. What happened?

Nothing is getting blocked! Still receiving unwanted texts and calls from certain people. Any idea on what I can do???

It helped me out. I was getting random nude pics from guys and girls and now they can just dissapear!

Changed to 5 star rating because it now runs 100% in the background without a notification!! Amazing work dev!

This app sucks I got it thinking that it would stop unwanted text message and nope still get them.

This app still delivered unwanted sms and crashed every time I tried to blacklist any sms. SMS flooded my phone after each crash and even if sender was actually blacklisted. I didn't get any responses to the multiple crash reports i sent either.

Does great for blocking unwanted calls, but you must deal with ads that require you to view their site before being able to enter this app.

I usually have the same password for everything and I'm almost sure I used the same password but it keeps telling me wrong password and worst part is... It doesn't give me the option to recover or reset!!!! Ugh very frustrating!

Downloaded app hoping to stop harassing calls from former tennants, and decided to try it out. I added my fiancee's number to the block list to test it. I blocked BOTH calls and text. Of course, when I tried calling from her phone, it went through. Then I tried texting myself from the same phone. Guess what happened? Come on, just guess. You're right!! The text came through. I tried four times with each method just to be fair and it didn't work ONCE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I like the apps it works but when i update my android to kitkat 4.4.2 it does not work anymore. It wont block sms

I can't get it to block anything. Both my galaxy 5 and 6 wouldn't work.

I can't use it!!! Advertisements that I cannot close takes up the entire screen. Very disappointed. I used to use it and NEVER has this problem.

Used this all the time on a previous phone. Just installed this version and it won't work at all. Please offer a paid version as this used to be a great app.

The latest version crashed my phone to the extent that I lost everything on my phone. Use alternative if you don't want to risk having to reset your phone and losing everything

I used this app before and loved it! Did everything I needed now I have the galaxy note 4 and I get ask my suppose to be blocked text messages to my messages plus in the app so nothing is being blocked

Does the job but while running it always has an icon in the top left - bit annoying.

I just had a non contact call, and this app still let it slip through. It doesn't block non contacts. I just had a spam call ring me anyway. I don't have ad (not add) problems. I guess we'll see if this blocks the block list, but that defeats the purspose of a call blocker for me.

This application lives up to every single word stated by the developer. I tried every application on the market here and this works even better then the Metro PCS Block it application where you even have to pay monthly to use the application. I can't personally Thank the developer enough for this awesome application. This definitely has put a stop to all blocked text and calls. One simple add when I open the app but just click on the word close at the top and all is well. Fantastic application! Free to!!!

The program used to work quite well till a few days before. Since then, it crashes. That silly ad-window makes the program crash and makes the display black as well. It would be advisdable to remove that ad-window after switching on the program. Is there any paid version which does not disturb the user with those senseless advertisement window, anyway ?

Uninstalled because of the stupid ad, it blocks the screen in black and cannot be closed, had this program for years but this annoyed me

I installed this app a couple years back and it saved me from a stalker. I again am in need of help and thought of my old friend and installed it again. It's wonderful!!!!! Works perfectly and mannnn, I really love how I can set it to automatically send my personal message each and every time the ex texts.

It don't wrk on kit kat plz sort it out
