What is a phoji?
It is a personalized photo emoji for messaging with your friends. They are placed directly into the text of a message, like an emoji, then expand when you tap it. You can create them from a new picture or an existing picture on your phone, save phojis that you receive from your friends, and build a wide library of phojis to reflect your personality and interests.
How is Phoji different from other messaging and social media?
It is a new communication experience - social media feeds are transient, while your phoji library is permanent. By using your library of phojis that you have created and collected your messages can be more personal and expressive, and you and your friends can continuously create and share new images to express yourselves.
What are broadcasts?
You can follow your favorite brands, stores, sports teams, athletes, musicians, and more to receive their messages, called broadcasts. Broadcasters send special phojis that contain audio, video, polls, coupons, and special offers to their followers which can be saved to a user’s library and reused in conversations. Broadcasts let you receive exclusive content that can’t be found anywhere else.

I think it is a fun idea, but I didn't understand that it is it's own messaging app at first. I would prefer that it made a way for me to add custom emojis to my existing emoji sets. I really don't need or want another msging app. Cool idea though!
