No news when offline unlike Inquirer News app that can be read even if youre offline.

It's okay for a news reader. Performance is smooth, and you get to choose which categories of news you want to read. Bad side is you can't disable ads, and the UI looks dated. I would gladly have an option to pay to have the ads removed because they cover the bottom part of the screen. Recommended for news reading but only because there is no alternative.

Was good until it started getting problems. Hasn't worked for the past week. Already uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same. At first its just not updating then it started to close out. Please fix. S5 samsung. Thanks!

Keeps on closing, must be fixed.

Wont load. It crashes right after updating the available articles. If you try to click/scroll anything, the app just stops working. Xperia Z2

However, it tends to become slow, some news articles have the correct titles but their bodies are the previous articles I read. I would really appreciate it if you fix this. :-)

Today, Maceda's article has the correct title but the body is Magno's. Same with Pedrosa/Bautista.

I find PhilStar app as an easier source for news update across PH and wordwide. Kudos to the developer, who made this app possible to look-up latest news by just one-click. Its features works like how IT works! Gujab!

Finally, an app from my favorite news source! Plenty of room to improve but it's a good start. Nice source of quick news to us working and living overseas. MABUHAY!

UI takes some getting used to, but overall a great news reading app! I like the way how I can read the articles without obtrusive ads and banners. I still like the iOS app better, but thanks for bringing Philstar to Android!
