Doesn't work. Crashes at start up. I've sent in crash reports so many times. It been a week now and i haven't been able to check my B.S.

Crashes with starting up

I just keep getting "communication failure." I'd love this meter instead of lugging around my other ones. I'll change my rating when/if its fixed. Edit: I recently upgraded to a Samsung s7 and it works perfectly. It is very convenient, and I can email my tests to my endo. Type 1 diabetes is difficult, but this makes it a bit easier on me.

I just got the device to replace my old VA meter. I did this so I could quit pricking my fingers. It was listed to be compatible with my Samsung s7. This item will not communicate at all with my phone. Thanks a lot folks.

Poor device support, the developers need to quickly add support for the variety of devices that users own. When we install app we back to your development staff and get support for the device into your code. Through broad support of Android devices your product will be popular.

I did not realize this is not compatible with LG 4 lite. Used it with my Samsung 4. Any plans on fixing this? I just spent $50 on test strips!!!

Device Not Working

Works very well. Highly recommended.

I have a S7 edge and I paid $40 for this meter because it said it worked with android phones. It worked only one time and now it doesn't. I've installed and Uninstalled but it's the same thing, it only works one time. I've lost several readings because of this and I don't even think it's accurate! I WANT MY MONEY BACK or I'm going to find some entity that'll make you reimburse all of us.

I have a store and I sell this Glucose monitor. It doesn't work in majority Android devices of my clients. Please fix. Is a very good idea but need A LOT WORK.

Does not work on my s6 edge communication error

Was working on my Note 3 with no issues up until the latest update on 3/18. The update only says bugs fixed... Not was actually addressed.

After latest update will not recognize meter, now will not work on my note3

At first, the app wouldn't even do anything on my phone (blu life pure). After last update it will at least try. Maybe one more update will get you there. I am type 1 and would love to use this app.

I've tried it on the Note 3, Note 5, Galaxy S4, & S6. There are two things that I've noticed make it have issues. Custom ROMs and some phone cases. With some cases you have to jam it in there and hold in till it does its device detection thing. It would be 5 star if it had cloud backup of your data.

Yeah I feel ripped off completely. Nowhere on the packaging does it say anything about it only being for three phones. That is a sneaky and unethical way of making money and you ALL should be ashamed of yourselves. Despicable. I gave it one star cause it's the lowest you can rate it. If I could give it -10 stars I would.

Does not work on samsung s5 active. I was very excited for the combination of leveraging smartphones to handle glucose history and a nano sized meter. I'm looking forward to a solution to accommodate all the hardware differences that android phones can present until either this becomes s5 compatible or a competitor steps up. Once my dario hits the US market it will be hard to beat. Gmate Smart did work on my old iPhone4, but I will not revert. Any chance to have a data backup option or sync to Dropbox?

At no point in any of the sales literature for the device itself did it say that only three phones worked with the app. All it said was it's Android compatible. #EpicFail

Does not work on HTC one, it instruct you to remove the head phone after inserting the device on the head phone port.

Glucose off by 30 points on android phone. Same issue on my Samsung Note 5. Everything works but test is way off when compare to reliable meter.

Does not work for the LG V10. Please add support for my device.

Poor and miss leading advertising. Doesn't work with Samsung phones

I was able to use it earlier after upgrade its stopped working. Current state Continously screen Flicker is seen after launch of the application.

Doesn't work with Nexus 5x.

The support for Android phones is abysmal. Amazon had no disclosure about the lack of support. Horrible!

After connecting the device, there is no response from the software. It just keeps on detecting the device. Kindly update the software.

I love the concept but need to be able to use the device with an LG android device. Please upgrade to include more devices, I will be glad to update my review.

Since, the last app update the device has stopped functioning. It is a very disappointing fact that you have not done anything about it. By doing this you are hampering your goodwill and thus your brand name in territories of India. When your future customers will see such reviews they will rethink their decision to buy your product as a risk. And I guess India is an important market for you because of it's population in which in- -numerous people are affected with diabetes. Hoping a solution.

Used to work in Galaxy Note 2. When I moved to Samsung Galaxy S5 it stopped working. Reverting to traditional method. Misleading information on website. Let Manufacturer respond to this before buying.
