Does not work on Android devices. Have a Galaxy 7 and they told me there was no way to use it any more. I had enjoyed the app when it worked. Disappointed that there is no plan to fix it

If it works, it's okay, but it does drop the signal when I walk around campus, so the whole "anytime, anywhere" thing is a lie. Sometimes even though I'm at the heart of my college campus, the app will say "looks like you're trying to acess Philo from an unsupported location". Hmm... I thought my college campus was the only place I could access it...c'mon Philo.

It would be great if its sign-in function actually worked. Not sure why it signed me out and highly frustrated with the failure to let me sign back in. My college just got this service and I'm starting to wish they didn't.

So far so good. Works great on my android. Just tried it for the 2 day trial period and it was the best. Wish it coulda been longer but I think I will be subscribing to it. The price isnt too bad better then all the others Ive seen and as far as my regular channels are concerned. Hey thats what my antenna is for. You guys just might have a new fan.

I've had this for a week and only one time was i able to use it without it saying an error has occurred! I can't even search for shows without that popping up!

Allows me to record my favorite things, but it never loads properly. The screen freezes while audio continues on, and nothing seems to fix it.

This is a horrible app. Slow and useless updates. Problems with buffering, logging on, errors in location. The developers have created a buggy and overall poor service.

When you start a movie all you get is a screen no fats forward or back just the movie-press to play press to stop not enough

Can't even open up the app to put in credentials this app needs massive update

I thank it's a great app but people will wanna watch this on a bigger screen

There's been a problem loading your video.

The app works great, but I can rarely ever open it. It keeps having an error connecting to the server.

The app is ok for watching recorded programs (it could be better) but the main problem is watching live. It will constantly freeze the screen and loop like the last 10 seconds of audio. Once the looped audio catches up the screen will resume but you end up behind. It is very annoying and makes it hard to watch.

Every 30 seconds or so the video would freeze and the audio would repeat what was just said 10 seconds ago. When the audio catches up, the video restarts, only for the same thing to happen again. Completely useless to watch tv

Live TV is so laggy and freezes so much. Fix it already

On both the desktop and app the video keeps freezing and skipping. I've tried reinstalling the app and it didn't work

Everytime I open the app I see the "Log in to (insert college here)" and then it just stays white. Please fix this

It won't let me log in with my college account through the app. It works just fine on my computer, but the app just doesn't work.

This app should be compatible with Google Chromecast. It constantly goes in and out. But it's a good concept that still needs some development.

I can't ever sign in, it always says I'm not in a area that it covers or some bs even though I'm in my room on campus and I have philo on my tv, this app sucks!!

The app buffers way too much. It makes watching live TV impossible and watching recordings are too frustrating. Its good if you have no other option but if it doesnt improve with the next update I will delet it. It could also possibly be because my school Wi-Fi isn't super great, but since you can only use the app with school Wi-Fi....

My school just purchased this service. The website works fine. But watching live TV on mobile is actually impossible to enjoy. The picture freezes nearly every 20 seconds and the audio will loop over and over again. It will loop several times until the audio synchs up with the frame it freezed on. Overall, this app is TERRIBLE when it comes to watching live television.

The app is incapable of playing live TV without freezing every 5 seconds, the app makes it very hard to switch from looking at what is live now to TV guide mode, and the quality of the live video and recordings are only slightly better than a potato.

Great app if it would actually work, when I click on a show its just an infinite loading screen. It works great for my gf with an iPhone tho
