Keeps crashing. Cant even open it. The old version was ok. I realized that it was uninstalled so when I searched google play, the new one is developed by paymaya. I was hesitant at first downloading this. But I guess it doesnt matter because the damn thing doesnt even work!!!

Retrieve booking is useless. You will see TICKETED but if you try to open it it will show RESERVATION NOT FOUND. Better not to install. Waste of time if will continue to be like this. Useless app

It's so bad. This app is a frame for their mobile browser interface. It's poorly optimized. There's no way to review the flight details right before confirming payment. You have to scroll back, risking doing over payment details. I suggest you use your own browser, maybe Chrome, and request the desktop interface.

Which muppet designed the calendar for adding Date of birth? Why make it so I have to scroll back through every month of my life click by click? Worst design ever

Waste of time. Never got to open it cause it always crashed.Don't even bother to download this app is my tip for those planning.

Useless app. It is so hard to enter or find a location. No results always. Waste of my phone space. Uninstall if there's 0 i'd give it )

App is easy to use and clear however My Trips is not reflecting the flights booked under the signed in account. Was not able to book too using the app, must use web still. Hope to see improvements.

Leaves alot to be desired. Flight status doesn't give gate information. Retrieve booking does Not find it. I have to use a laptop. Very poor design

PAL should update this app with the option of logging as mabuhay miles member, it always crash. Very disappointed. You can find better app service in low cost airline like Air Asia and Cebu Pacific.

App is a total opposite of the service from the airline itself. I know this is a part of their "service", but it doesn't even serve its purpose. Useless!

Crashes all the time. PAL is now behind other airlines in terms of using technology to create a better customer experience. Too bad.

Bad app, just so inconvenient knowing app should always work better than going to its website. Couldn't even find the window when I click the book a flight, just the same thing as its website does.

Useless app. Cant even choose a seat even it is available , giving a error when choose. As expected from Pal.

Total waste of time. Both app and PAL server itself have problems. Will crash after your input. Most unpredictable. I am not booking with you PAL. PALPAK. Besides being exorbitantly expensive and unreliable, so I am booked with Singapore airlines and saved my family of 4 $1012. Thank you PALPAK that you made me open to other airlines. NEVER AGAIN

You need to scroll thru calendar months from current date to your birth month when entering date of birth during checkin. Really? Who was the moron who designed this app? Please allow manual entry of dates! Thank you!

App not loading even with proper internet connection, all I'm seeing is a blank Home page. It also crashes for no reason.

After the first click, the app stops and close immediately. I tried to uninstall then install but problem still persists.

Just reinstalled it and it crashes all time just as you're trying to open. The old version was way better.

I want to book a flight from cgy-mnl economy 1pm sked, but everytime i click the "Buy" it always says "Unknown error"

The app just keeps crashing wether you use it or not. Such an institution of a company but failed to grow with time.

Sorry, you cannot have a good looking app but then useless, this app is a waste of time. The project manager for this app should be screwed! Did u guys even thought of having users to login?

App is not reliable, you cannot even search destination without knowing the airport code or what so ever. Please shut down this service if no one can maintain it

Can't even open the app. How are we supposed to book flights from this thing if it keeps on crashing? What's the sense of even having this app? I guess none.

I can't even search for flights because every time I type in the destination it says "Location code should consist of 3 letters minimum" even though I definitely typed in more than 3 letters!!!!!!

The reservation was so poor. It wont accept the reservation. My trip feature shows the history of your reservation but unfortunately you cant used it at all... Very poor.

Always has restart problems. I cant even open the app because by doing so it will ask you to restart. Tsk

No account log-in feature. I'm uninstalling it right now. Just the same with their mabuhay miles app. Not good to share.

After entering my credit card information it suddenly said "we think you are a bot..... .... Please enter capcha code to prove your identity." I entered the correct code and then boom, it jus proceeded to the rules and regualtuon of the airline saying I cant bring in liquor in my carry on baggage etc, the effs...

After few uninstall reinstall I'm still unable to open the app. It always restart itself.

Flights are so expensive and the navigation's just loading the whole time. Even HARD to understand and navigate.

Does.not work on cellular "Unfortunately, MyPal has stopped. [Report][OK]" even when the app is not open

Totally useless. I can't believe up to now they have not invested on mobile app.

Fix your apps. It keeps on crushing once you use the select seat options.

I keep on getting an anomaly detected error when I did not even use the app.
