De PayZo-app is ontwikkeld met als uitgangspunt dat alles wat u nodig heeft om te factureren niet meer is dan uw toestel. Met haar eenvoudige opzet is een simpele en snelle bediening mogelijk, waardoor toeters en bellen achterwege kunnen blijven. De PayZo-factuur is een PDF-document die als bijlage van een standaard e-mail wordt mee verzonden. Voor de digitale verwerking van de factuur kan ook gebruik worden gemaakt van de data-bijlage. Deze data-bijlage is een zgn. UBL-document, waarvoor ook het UBL Ready-keurmerk is verkregen (zie voor meer informatie http://www.ublready.nl). Zo bent u er zeker van, dat uw UBL-document ook voldoet aan de geldende standaard op dit gebied.

Zonder abonnement kunt u echter max. 5 facturen per maand verzenden. U kunt daarbij geen gebruik maken van de bedrijfsfactuur-functie en de online betaal-functie. Bovendien is het aantal klanten en producten wat u kunt bewaren op uw toestel voor hergebruik beperkt.

Uw PDF-factuur wordt gemaakt met behulp van een standaard sjabloon, waarin uw bedrijfsgegevens al zijn ingevuld. Verschillende sjablonen kunnen snel en makkelijk worden gedownload met de app van de PayZo-site. U kunt ook uw eigen sjabloon configureren. Daarvoor dient u een PDF-sjabloon op uw toestel in de juiste map van de app te plaatsen en vervolgens een configuratiebestand in te vullen. Handiger is echter gebruik te maken van PayZo.
