PayZo-factuur checken!

Met de gratis PayZieZo-app kunt u de aan u verzonden PayZo-facturen eenvoudig ophalen van uw e-mail server, checken en betalen (indien door uw dienstleverancier gefaciliteerd).

Vul eerst uw e-mail account gegevens in via Instellingen. Zoek hiervoor de gegevens van uw e-mail provider op (o.a. uw servernaam en e-mail gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord). U kunt in de app max. drie verschillende e-mail accounts configureren in uw instellingen. Als extra instelling kunt u ook uw overige mail-berichten ophalen en eenvoudig bekijken of eventueel direct ophalen.

Tik de HaalOp-knop en haal daarmee de laatste e-mails op uit uw inbox. Er worden door de PayZieZo-app geen e-mails verwijderd of gewijzigd uit uw inbox!

Tik vervolgens de gewenste regel aan (een lange tik toont het eerste deel van de tekst). In geval van een PayZo-factuur, wordt de Check-knop geactiveerd en kunt u de datafactuur laten controleren (als deze van een handtekening is voorzien) en daarna de PDF-factuur bekijken.

N.B. PayZo maakt gebruik van de SI-UBL of EN-16931 data-standaard voor datafacturen, waarmee eenvoudig een digitale handtekening kan worden toegevoegd. Daarmee kan worden gegarandeerd dat de datafactuur origineel is en niet veranderd is tijdens de verzending. Hiervoor wordt gebruik gemaakt van een algemeen aanvaarde versleuteling standaard, RSA. Een ontvangen datafactuur kan daardoor als technisch geldig of ongeldig worden beoordeeld. In dat laatste geval is betaling niet aan te raden, en is contact met uw dienstleverancier nodig.

De PayZieZo-app toont in het scherm de titel, afzender en tijd van het aangetikte e-mail bericht. Indien het een PayZo-factuur betreft, wordt dit in het zwart aangegeven, anders is de kleur van het afzender en tijd van het bericht in het grijs aangegeven (PayZieZo kan hier 'niks' mee). Als de factuur gecheckt wordt, verandert de kleur in groen, rood of oranje, als de factuur resp. geldig, ongeldig of oncontroleerbaar is.
Tevens wordt het factuurbedrag, het IBAN-nummer en de tenaamstelling uit de datafactuur ingevuld op het scherm. Een factuur kan technisch niet gecontroleeerd worden als deze zonder datafactuur inclusief een digitale handtekening door uw dienstverlener is verzonden.

Als uw dienstverlener online betalen faciliteert, wordt ook de Betaal-knop geactiveerd. Deze keuze leidt u naar de betaalpagina van de factuur. Als u deze factuur al betaald heeft, wordt u doorgestuurd naar een betaald-pagina. De PayZieZo-app houdt op dit moment nog niet de status van uw betaling bij.

Tot slot, de PayZieZo-app downloadt in geval van PayZo-facturen de factuurbestanden naar uw toestel. De PDF-factuur kan zodoende getoond worden in het scherm met een standaard PDF-viewer app en de datafactuur kan zodoende technisch gecontroleerd worden. N.B. Voor deze mogelijkheid heeft de PayZieZo-app de machtiging nodig om bestanden op uw apparaat op te kunnen slaan en te openen. First enter your e-mail account information in Settings. Find this information from your email provider (include your server name and e-mail username and password). You can configure the app max. Three different e-mail accounts in your settings. If additional settings, you can also pick up your other mail messages and browse or possibly pick up directly.

Tap the button HaalOp and thus remove the last emails from your inbox. There are the PayZieZo app emails deleted or modified in your inbox!

Then tap the desired rule (a long tap shows the first part of the text). In case of PayZo bill, the Check button is activated and you can check the invoice data (if it is provided with a signature) and then view the PDF invoice.

N.B. PayZo uses the SI UBL or EN 16931 data standard for data bills, which is simply a digital signature can be added. It will ensure that the invoice data is original and has not changed during transmission. Use is made of a generally accepted standard encryption, RSA. A received invoice data can therefore be assessed as technically valid or invalid. In the latter case, payment is not advisable, and necessary contact your service provider.

The PayZieZo app screen shows the title, sender, and time of the tapped email message. If it is a PayZo bill, this is indicated in black, otherwise the color of the sender and time of the message shown in the gray (PayZieZo can here 'nothing' it). If the invoice is checked, the color changes to green, red or orange, if the invoice respectively. is valid, invalid or unverifiable.
The invoice amount is also, the IBAN and the ascription of the invoice data entered on the screen. An invoice can be technically gecontroleeerd if no invoice data including a digital signature is sent by your service provider.

If your service provider facilitates online payments, is also activated the Pay button. This choice leads you to the payment page of the invoice. If you have already paid this invoice, you will be redirected to a payment page. The PayZieZo app currently holds not the status of your payment.

Finally, the PayZieZo app downloads in case of PayZo invoices invoice files to your device. The PDF invoice can thus be displayed on the screen with a default PDF viewer app and invoice data can thus be controlled technically. N.B. This possibility has PayZieZo app permissions needed to store files on your device and open it.
