About Phat Workout Tracker
PHAT (Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training), written by Dr. Layne Norton, combines heavy power training and hypertrophy movements. Each muscle group is targeted twice a week. The first two days are power days (upper and lower) followed a day of rest and then three hypertrophy training days.
This app keeps track of your workouts and the weights for each workout session. No more carrying around a pen and notebook to the gym everyday. View the calendar for an overview of all your sessions. Check out your progression on the major lifts in the graphs.

I can no longer visit previous workouts without the app crashing. Also the app has deleted quite a few of my recent workouts.
