I can't get my profile to login on the tracker...it keeps saying its not authenticated after I'm already in the boots me out. Had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times and still doesn't work.

Installed but couldn't use it. Every time I tried to open up anything other than the Home page it would shut down.

Still broken. This is the most useless app.

I have tried multiple times to open the track runner page and it will not load. The chronotrack//athlink image with 3 dots beneath those words will show up but it never loads the page. This is unacceptable --dont try to build an app that cant handle the tracking software.

What happened? This app worked great last year. The two most useful features are gone. The maps, which worked three days ago, are gone, and the (best part) chronotrack features are gone. It was a very useful tool, now it's just basic info and link to register for the event. Please fix it.

I've used this app for 4 yrs to track my Bro & Niece & it worked perfectly! Updated the app this morning just prior to the start & the Track Runner option is NOT working! Have consistently tried without success. Very dissapointed.

I love you guys try so hard to have this available for us but it never would load the "Track a Runner" feature. That is the only reason I downloaded this app.

One of the worst apps I've ever used.

Tried to find out where my father was during the race but the app didn't work so had no idea if he was done or hadn't made it very far or had a medical emergency. Very stressful when you have just finished your own race.

I am a coach and I downloaded the app to track my runners. I can't even get the map features to work. Everything either crashes or shows to be loading after which point it never loads.

Downloaded the app and after it installed it's been "loading" for 15 min. I tried it to track my niece in her first marathon. Why did it want access to my phone's photos and data? Did the Obamacare website developers do this site?

Never worked. Couldn't search for or track a runner at all. Never loved Only showed the top 50 in each category and you had to search hard for that link.

Downloaded the app and uninstalled twice. Still isn't working. Worst race app I have ever seen.

Updates... What updates? Typed in a name with no results +9/10 times typed in bib # no results +9/10 trys. If it does manage to find the bib# and you try to see more details (splits etc) it displays "error no results". Every once in a while it manages to find and display the person but its so far out of date the data is obsolete (almost done with marathon and only reports up to 10k). That's as far as I got before uninstalling app in frustration... Live updates, huh?

I was under the impression that this app would help track the runners. It does not. That is the only reason I downloaded it. It does have a map of the races which is nice, but I already had that information from their website. So over all it just felt like a waste of time and space.
