Samsung Galaxy S5 neo. Mixed feelings: first time I used the prescription filling app, it worked fine. Second time, the refill request got "lost in the stratosphere". Will keep trying to see if it improves.

Usually works great but now there is no way to enter your prescription number for refills. So doesn't work for me anymore.

Now I can't even open it. I uninstalled it. Will reinstall this again if it gets fixed. I was using this app monthly. Saved me from having to phone in.

You can no longer enter the name of the prescription. You need to have the prescription number. This is inconvenient, when the bottles are at home or somewhere else. Before the update I could just enter the names. Most people do not memorize the number

I like how I don't have to call in refills. I don't like it when I want to set reminders to refill rxs that an error message pops up then the app shuts down.

Since the new update I can't find my location! Very frustrating - especially since I was using this app for a while. Only finds ONE pharmacy 30 km away. I used to really like this app but I guess I have to uninstall now that it's useless to me.

Why have a view flyers icon in the app if you just get a notice saying it has to be viewed in a browser. So I have to close the app, open my browser, go to the website and find the flyers link. That's what I got the app for!

Ok....should be able set default of your home store. Once submitted it just sits there. Should go back to home screen. You get no notification that the request was filled or even received for that matter. I think it should have the last pharm# & name stored so you don't have to dig around for the #'s and will eliminate human error.

Definitely worth downloading but still a few bugs. When you use the postal code to find local stores you a list and then select. Once that is done it then asks for a store title yet It will not you type in one. Strange that it doesn't use the store name you select or maybe their address. Flyers never paper since you can't get by the Title problem.

Was working well. It doesn't accept clients information at all saying : "ENTER CORRECT FORMAT" useless app now!

Finally it works with Android 5. Simple and generous info.

No matter what icon I press screen appears for 1 seconds them goes back to the main screen unusable Samsung S4 with 4.4.2

Would like out better off I could also refill my son's rxs but we don't have the same last name so I'll still have to phone. Uninstalled :-/

Great to order my refills at anytime of the day. then I just drop by pick it up, no waiting and if there is a problem they phone me.

Love it. I dont have to remember to call on my RXs. I have MS and take a few RXs. Hard to remember and keep track of. I have 4 dosettes that I fill for a months worth of meds. I get my meds in 2month supplies.

Should be able to type in to "store location" field under "prescription refill". Currently always uses location-aware function.
