Voilà!

The mobile app Volà! facilitates communication between the user and various organizations such as cities, companies or professional associations. The idea behind the application Voilà! started from a Smart City project by the City of L'Ancienne-Lorette to improve the delivery of municipal services. The communication platform Voilà! evolved to respond to the growing communication needs of various organizations around the citizen. Thus, the intelligent community came to life. Cities, professional associations or companies can now easily reach their customers in order to offer a personalized and targeted communication. The end user can interact with the various organizations close to him when he wants, where he wants and on any device.

Voilà! allows users to actively interact with organizations via a mobile app, but also through a web access. Currently, users can visit their web and mobile space to:

• Receive and view news according to their interests
• Use a dynamic and personalized calendar
• Register for events and pay online
• Send information requests and get real-time tracking
• Participate in surveys
• Request a city permit *
• View all his property details including the tax statement *

* A connection to the AccessCity management suite is required.

As you can see, Voilà! is the dedicated platform to centralize all interactions between the citizen and organizations around him.
