About BB Remote
"BB Remote" is a remote control for the desktop Band-in-a-Box for Windows program.
Important: You need to have version 2011.5 or higher of Band-in-a-Box for Windows to use the program at all.

When using Band-in-a-Box for Windows, you may want to be somewhere else other than sitting at your PC as you play songs. For example, you might want to sit at the piano, or at your music stand, or be sitting on the couch with your guitar in hand.
The BB Remote app installs to your Android device, and then connects to the desktop version over a Local Area Network (LAN), even over the internet.
The app has different screens, accessible by "swiping" the screen to the left/right, including a main Chords Window, Conductor Window (for live control of BB), and a Mixer Window.

Has potential and I could totally use this for teaching, but was disappointed to notice that some chords are incorrectly displayed on my tablet. On my PC the chord displayed was Cm7, on my Samsung GT-7510 the same chord showed as C. On my PC another chord was an Eb which displayed on my GT as E (!) BIAB is awesome software. I hope PG music can bring their apps up to the same standard.

Couple problems: no song and style search functions. Also why can't it keep the screen on?

If you're a Band in a Box user, this program will let you drive Band in a Box installed on your PC or Mac from your phone. Pretty cool!

Functions pretty well for what it promises to do Couple problems: no song and style search functions. Also why can't it keep the screen on?
