Pampers Rewards

20 minutes, over 40 photos of the codes (that for some reason are stored on my phone and I have to delete) and only 2 codes accepted. No reason I should have to scan that many times. Yes I'm doing it correctly and I have no issues scanning receipts and codes for other apps. Very poorly designed app.

I only downloaded this app for the ability to scan rewards codes, but it WILL NOT SCAN. Okay, to be fair, maybe 1 out of 10 times it works. But the other 9 times I get so frustrated at the repeated attempts that I really wish I hadn't tried. Do not recommend this app for this feature at all.

Love this app! I'm happy to be rewarded for loyalty. Just started using it last month. Would be 5 stars if scanning codes worked, but I've had to manually enter every one

Can't login... keep getting an error message that the app is having technical difficulties. Love the program though.

I'm on the app and it keeps bringing me back on the web and keeps asking if I want the app. Have to log in a bunch of times. But I love pampers love them!

Thank you for the latest update. The ability to scan made this so much easier! UPDATE: the scan feature doesn't always work.

Your app sucks at scanning codes, if I have to manually type it every time, just give me the text message option back, waste of time

New version sucks more. Logs you out and crashes at login

The app has been telling me that "pampers rewards is currently experiencing problems" for months now. I can't even log in anymore.

It is pretty good and easy to use but it needs to be a little bit of improvement

For the app to be released to the public with scanning this terrible, there would have to be an absence of Quality Assurance.

Its alright till the app updated and wiped out all of my points

I love it. Easy to use.

Unable to sign in to the app even though I can sign in fine on the web.

I have attempted to scan a code multiple times and it won't accept any of my scans.

Can't do much other than enter codes on it and right now it won't let me sign in.

Doesn't let me reset my password

I absolutely love this app!! The features are amazing and the app is super easy to use.

I love pampers and I have used them for both of my kids

The scan feature sucks. That is it doesn't work at all. So the reason most people download it is just false advertising. "Scan rewards save time" = try to scan fail. try again Fail. hope adjust Fail. waste time then type in rewards code on a tiny keyboard instead of a full keyboard on the website. Take twice as much time as you did before You knew about this time saving app.

Okay so i really like this app cause more convenient then going to the wesite but 1. The scan codes does not work. 2. It wont let me sign in on the app but i have no problem signing in on the website? Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and that didnt do anything

Attempted to scan at least 10 different rewards codes and the app failed to recognize a single one. Neither the annoying dot printed codes on the wipes nor the very clear and easy to read sticker codes on the diaper packs were read even when the scanner pic was crystal clear. This app is terribly useless!

This app blows. I was super excited upon seeing this app advertised on the Pampers website. I usually save my codes and enter them when I have time. When I saw that I could just take a pic of the code without manually entering, I thought "awesome, big time saver". But it's a joke. It will not focus on it at all. I had to manually enter them anyway. Which is a ton easier on my laptop vs phone. So this app is being uninstalled.

The code scanning is a joke. It has the worst accuracy I've ever seen on OCR. And instead of deleting the scans when it's done it saves them in a folder called MyNativeApp. Whoever they paid to make this app literally just copied and pasted code they found online without apparently even testing it. Sad. I really hope they didn't pay much.

Honestly the worst reward point based system. I use the app because the website is awfully frustrating and the app is only a little better. I suggest P&G to give something way better than this to their customers because it is unacceptable for me.

Pamper Rewards is a good program/reward deal. You have better luck manually entering codes. Only thing I've not liked which I learned today was if you redeem reward points for Shutterfly yes, the product you redeem is free but then you are responsible for shipping/handling which is kind of crazy because if you redeem points for toys or stuff from Pampers its completely free to you & I feel it should be free no matter what if they are working with Pampers for this reward program.

The app it's self isn't very good at all. When I tried to scan to he code it said error code not found, same when a would manually enter it in. Went on pampers website and uploaded the code directly threw there and it worked. Do not download the app, it's a waste of space and time.

Yeah it sucks. I don't mind entering it manually, but the fact that you can't redeem from the app is nonsense. Also, redeeming on the website seems to be "under construction" which is shady. Once you finally look up rewards they are pretty lame as well. I love Pampers diapers but don't advertise "rewards" unless you are going to actually follow through

This app blows. You have to save a million points to get some crappy little prize that cost $0.99 you can't enter in anything in the app it doesn't scan. this is a joke and a serious piece of crap like my son fills his diapers with ...at best

This app was great... Until it kicked me out and won't accept password to get back in. I've even called the company and had them reset the password and uninstalled/reinstalled the app and nothing! So disappointing!

I suppose this review is more about the codes than the app itself, but the dot codes on the wipes are impossible to read! Like trying to decipher hieroglyphics. If I can't read the code, it makes this app useless at times.

I have to manually type in each code, the scan feature is awful. It would be nice if the app let you do more than enter codes. (Review and order rewards, etc)

I have an active account with Pampers rewards and when trying to sign in, it's saying it's not recognizing my password. So I reset it and it still wouldn't allow me to gain access. I reset it again, noticing that it's not really accepting my password but using the old one I couldn't remember. When trying to contact technical support they just treat you like an idiot.

The app never work. I hate it. If nothing will be changed soon I am giving up. I am done with this. Sory, but I have those issues for a while.

Wont let me log in keeps on telling me the login info is invalid. Just went to the site and typed in same info and logged in no problem. This app is useless.

This app is useless. I keep on entering codes but I don't get the point. I never receive anything. So what are the rewards??? Never got anything.

Every time I try to sign it. It crashes. Always have to go to the site. So uninstalling the app. It's pointless.

This app was fine until the update. My CANADIAN sign in doesn't work on it anymore. So now I absolutely have to go to the website. So stupid.. not happy at all!!
