Pampers Club: Rewards and Gifts for Parents

My advice dont download it. I saved thousands of points and finally decided to use them. When I was printing the coupon something went wrong on the pampers page and another page appeared saying that I cant print this coupon again. So no coupon, no points, no help from customer service. Dont waste your time guys

It's OK but flips the camera so taking a photo of the receipt is really annoying. I am using an LG Nexus 5X, hoping this is just a bug and not a way of making it difficult to claim. Other functionality seems to work.

Tried to claim a reward. Never received a voucher but the points had been deducted from me account. AND IT HAPPENED TWICE !!! I WANT MY 1600 POINTS BACK or promised voucher! Problem with app but good customer service! My points had been refunded to me so I will give you 4 stars.

I'm disappoint. First time when I order a reward unfornatuly i moved .they take my points and never receive back or the rewards.i call they to told i change my address but no.the rewards go back to pampers club.i lost my points and reward

Ridiculously bad app. Receipts get rejected with no explanation even though they are clear, showing the date, price etc. Sick of it. Your staff clearly need training on how to read receipts.

The app it's self is good and easy to use, however there is clearly no point in it. I had managed to collect enough points and ordered a toy for my son, this was well over 5 weeks ago now (it said upon ordering that delivery may take up to 4 weeks). I have contacted pampers but have had no reply. It's a complete waste of time if after not only being a loyal customer to pampers and making the effort to collect the points if I never receive the reward I ordered!

Very good app. Bit tricky to click icons at bottom right and left of screen but could just be my mobile. Good little incentive so for buying their products. Would recommend

Took my 1700 points and no vouchers printed and not happy at all and been on the phone for nearly 2 hrs. Not happy at all.

Terrible when you try and redeem the rewards. Points get deducted but voucher doesn't get emailed. Pointless app. I used 40 points for a discount code but over 48 hours later still no code!

Still useless. Response to my last review was a request from pampers to contact them through their website. I did this, had an auto response and then nothing...... The issues with the receipt camera means I have now missed out on the triple points offer too. Delete....

Great app but would it be possible to add receipt through screenshot? As I am getting my nappies from Amazon and as you are aware they don't send receipts so I have to print them out to make a picture of them.

Try get my coupon password to my current account incorrect so I try chamge not possible I create new account but is asking to download phone aplication to computer milion questions waste of time and money becouse of this aplication I dont buy any pampers nappies anymore.

Terrible. I've not even had chance to redeem any points as my correctly photographed receipts are rejected. Strangely just the asda ones but that is where I usually shop. Mind you, looking at previous reviews, redeeming prizes seems to be a hassle also so it's probably not worth it.

Seams like a good app with the product discounts and points available . Not used any yet as only just downloaded & a begginer :-) 1st pregnancy due october 2017

I generally like this app but it can't cope when multiple pampers items are purchased on the same receipt. Every time points have been missed. I have contacted customer services who rectified it the first time but they don't seem interested now that it's happened again.

Poor customer service, deducted points never got any coupons. Emailed many times to resolve the issue but really bad customer service. You never get any coupons all they do is just add your points back. Pointless.

This app is rubbish, when submit online receipt they always reject the receipt, call and email customer service they don't even bother to reply.

Great easy to use app. It's great that you can get rewards towards toys etc from your everyday purchase.

I tired claiming my coupons. When I entered my code it says it's invalid when that's the code they gave me. Also they have deducted my coins. Really annoyed

15/8/17 first time when I order a reward and I never received a voucher but the points had been deducted from my account. Can I have my 600 points back or the voucher, because I remember the cupon was valid just for 1 month. Thanks

Uploaded my first receipt and it said it had already been uploaded.....even though it was from that day and about 5 mins before it got Uploaded! Load of rubbish!!

Great rewards. Tend to save them up for photo prints throughout the year and the photo cards at Christmas. Would recommend.

Its a bit ok but i can no longer in for sometime now always showing an error occured whenever i tried to log in

Helped me a lot having 2 kids and loads and loads of nappies to buy at least in get rewards in return
