Petzi

I've had my treat cam for over a year now. I found it very easy to set up on the app and haven't had any connectivity issues. The app is very easy to use as well. Additionally, I found the support team very responsive when my treat cam required repairs.

You are forced to Share pictures with the rest of the world rather than those who you just want to. I would much prefer to be able to choose who I share my pictures with rather than them going on the social network

Worst experience, bad Software and unmanageable troubleshooting - one of the unsuccessful apps I have in my phone

I honestly thought it would be a lot better then what it is. First of all the camera isn't so great. Second of all it gives out different treat amounts all the time. Third of all the camera at night SUCKS! You cannot see anything unless you leave your light on all night- in my case my lights turn off automatically after about 30 mins. I don't believe this pet cam is worth the the 190.

Hard to connect the first time it took me a week! But after figuring out what it was wrong! Now I can see my pet!

Can't even set up the camera because it wants me to turn off cellular data, refuses to accept I have and keeps repeating the message. Will box up device and return it for a full refund today. Don't get this device or app.

This app is garbage. Impossible to connect to the camera. So many bugs. You'd have to be an idiot to actually spend 190 bucks on this.

Two days so far and there is still a "Problem with provisioning. Try again." After two resets and a very long firmware update. Nothing is this difficult to sync. I'm sure it's a great product but it looks like I'll never know.

Whenever I switch from wifi to data, the app disconnects from the camera, and then it logs me out completely and I have to sign in again! I get that the connection fails during the switch, but such communication problems shouldn't log me out!

App is difficult to set up with the Cam. The app keeps telling me to turn phone data off when it is already off. Circle of crap keeps repeating

IT IS HARD TO CONNECT TO THE CAMERA, THE PICTURE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE, THERE IS A 4 SECOND DELAY, AND WORST OF ALL, IT NEVER WORKS WHEN YOU TRY IT. IT IS A GREAT IDEA, CAMERA IS SUPER CHEAP

Im trying to connect the camera to my wifi and I can't do it.. when I try to find the petzi on my wifi it dossent comes in the list of wifi

The app crashes constantly. At least 10 times per day I have to clear it and reload it to use it

Does everything just like it says .so much fun .

The kennel where I take my dog uses Petzi, and it's nothing but problems. If I have to call tech support every time I need to use an app, it's a pass.

It's so helpful when I want to look in on my dogs!

Got everything connected after a reset and power cycle, there is no windows tablet app or desktop program interface that I can find. Works well with my Samsung phone. Make a windows 8+ interface and get 5 stars!

Had to use iPhone to register the cam, it doesn't work for nexus 4, 5, 5x, 10. Yes I got then all

Without consent, posts a spam notification asking if you have "petzi'd today". If I didn't have the treat cam I would uninstall this so hard.

I have had other devices, but the Petzi is by far the best! Check on your pet(s), talk to them, give them whatever small treats you desire! From anywhere! And the Petzi community is awesome as well! You can post pictures of your pets, meet others from all over the world and interact just like any message board. I have a great time with that, as well. I just love being able to see my pets when I can't be home. And it's amazing how fast 2 rather lazy cats can run when they hear the Petzi chime!

After update, I'm unable to log in, or even use the forgot password option

Just purchased Petzi camera and audio is not working. I have checked the settings and it says this app was set up for older version of android. This needs to be updated.

Was having trouble with camera and it turns out that the problem is my cellular provider, Net 10 doesn't like petzi. Oh well it works as long as I have a wifi connection. May have to change cellular provider.

I have it plugged in and it won't connect or find the camera

It's addictive. Great product and great customer service.

The camera is nice if you are on wifi. If on 4g it keeps looking up and says connection lost.
