Most stores have their own apps so you can search their inventory of what items are at the nearest store. The app doesn't do that, it just takes up precious memory on my phone.

I use this app for booking grooming appointments for my dog. It works great. I like that I can see what times are available on the day I select and can flip through surrounding days if there's not a satisfactory time available.

On my tablet, I have to utilize the website, just downloading the app to my phone I cannot add my dogs or see any past transactions along with being able to manage my auto shipment and see shipping status. This is a problem!

Very frustrated. Thought this would be a good tool to help keep things organized, schedule appointments and find okay days and activities for our puppy. Tried many times to add my pet, and it doesn't save, tried playing the game to get coupons but doesn't save that either. I will be uninstalling this as I see no point in it except taking up space... very disappointed

I have been using this app for many many many months and over the weekend 1/13/2018 it won't load and I don't understand why. I took the app off and then download it back and it still won't work! What is the problem?!? Please fix it cause I love getting coupons off this app for my pets!

I work for petsmart, so in an effort to be able the better discribe and promote the app to customers I downloaded it. I have to say that I'm not impressed. It crashes EVERYTIME I try to do ANYTHING with it. I see what the goal was, but execution wasn't there this time Petsmart sorry.

Absolutely useless. You can't even use it to buy anything it just redirect you to their website which is also broken. Useless

Not working correctly and not authenticating correctly on phone. A non issue with my credentials via web. Waste of time.

I just only used it to book a appointment at the grooming salon and adding my dog was a breeze and had so many fun things to kind of personalize his profile and a wide menu of services to pick for my fur buddy!

Does little except take up memory. You can't add a pet unless you provide data for every fricking field. Bad communication between my Pet smart account and this App I had to make a new one. Obviously just written so Pet smart could boast it had an app but it's just a waste of valuable space and time

This is worthless as I am unable to add a pet. The whole point is to be able to schedule things, I can't schedule since their is no pet.

The app is very easy to maneuver through but can't keep up to date with my pet's shot record. I have to show it evertime I bring her. This is about her forth visit. She is current and don't need vaccinations until late 2018. I do like the convenience of setting appointments.

You can't save any pet info on the site; which is required to make an online appointment for training/grooming. Sort of defeats the purpose when you have to call the store anyway...

Works exactly as described. Typical lazy mindless fools that don't read the app description. Duh.

I really feel like this app is mostly a waste of time. People download this app to shop online without having to go to a browser and that is not what this app does at all. They should really add the online shopping feature to the "Shop" tab so that we can shop from the app. Not a complete waste of time but it's pretty dissapointing.

I can't save my pet's profile, and that means I can't use the app to book classes, appointments, etc. I can fill out all the data, but the save button stays grayed out - even when I fill in the optional fields. Disappointing.

I earn rewards on the treat trail game but they never come up. They always give an error

The app has access to grooming services which is my primary reason for using the app. I can select my favorite groomer, see the available apt times very easily and pick the grooming package quickly.

It's pretty good. Navigating around is fairly easy to do, my pets profiles are difficult to remove! This is the only reason I am giving the app a 4!

App will not load after latest update. I took the suggested advice of uninstalling then reinstalling the latest version and logging into my account again, however it still will not work. Disappointed.

The app tries very hard to get your personal information unnessarily. From pics to contacts to location... cant save store on my phone if i dont open location.. galaxy s7

I really like this app. I love how it lets me set up different profiles for my dogs and gives me specific coupons for each of them. Also I like it because you can save your favorite PetSmart stores. I go to 3 of them so I like that you can choose multiple.

I have no idea how this app works because I can't logon to my account. I reset my password and still no joy. It's useless to me if I can't logon.

I love the game! It gets me some fantastic coupons for my pup! Also love that I can book grooming services AND see dog friendly places in whatever area I am in!

This app is amazing! Not only is it the best way to book grooming appointments for my dog, it also has a mini game to play for Pet Smart coupons! I LOVE it!!!

This app was incredibly easy to use- took 5 minutes to set up an entire profile for my pet and set up training classes for our new adopted four legged family member.

Have amazing groomers and my dog is always so excited to see them. Really take care of all her special needs and worth every penny

I Enjoy Getting Saving's On The Pro Plan For My Dog Daughter Cheyenne & Also, Get Cat Food There & I Love To Save Money On The Product's That I Buy There. And I Don't Go Anywhere Else To Get Dog & Cat Food Because I Can't Beat The Price's Of Their Product's Especially Since They're Reasonably Priced!!! I love it! I love getting the latest Coupon that is scanned off my phone. I think you should advertise the extra coupons you get when you play the "treat trail game" in the menu... I think it would be awsome if you could order food & supplies for free in-store pick-up. AND use our earned coupon.

Works well and I LOVE the coupons you can earn just by playing the game! I wish the coupons didn't expire so soon, though. Still, can't complain about free coupons!

Love being able to set a grooming appt n see whats available n whats not. We love our groomer, our baby hasnt looked this good in a long time.

I haven't a clue what the actual point of this app is. Can't see my order history. Go to shop online and it just opens a browser window. Don't need an app for that. Seems totally worthless to have an app for nothing that I find useful. Online shopping experience sucks. Have to select the delivery method for EACH product you put in your cart before it goes in the cart. Hate it.

It keeps crashing every time I try to set up a grooming session, lots of the functionality redirects to web rather than working from within the app, to name a few. It could be a great app, but it needs a lot of work still. At the moment not treat.

Useless at this point. I've tried adding my dog 7 times now, but it refuses to give me the option to "Save Pet". Without that, I can't book my grooming.... so there's really no need having it for me. With all of the negative reviews (even from in-store employees), it seems to not be the best option right now. I'm hoping the quirks are fixed quickly. It would be pretty convenient (and less of an in-store hassle) to schedule things this way.

I basically use it to make appoints for grooming. I like that I can pick date and time. I especially like that I can book my dogs favorite groomer. However, when I'm done and click on book I get an error message that says, "Dang! I didn't see that coming g... Etc." Then I have to try 1 or more times before it goes through.

The app is really useless. You would think the app would let you browse through products or see your in-store purchases. It's just a basic profile for your pets and informative newsletters.
