For Indian Oil, customers can verify fuel prices by sending SMS: RSP< SPACE >DEALER CODE to 9224992249.
For Bharat Petroleum, you can send the same SMS in the same pattern to 9223112222.
For Hindustan Petroleum, the customer can SMS HPPRICEDEALERCODE to 9222201122.

HPCL dealers should SMS “PRICES” from their registered mobile to HPCLSMS Gateway (9222201122) for RSP assistance.In a bid to bring increased transparency in the system, Petrol and diesel prices will be revised daily.As per Indian Oil, the daily revision in fuel prices will make retail prices more reflective of the current market conditions. This move is also believed to enable the smoother flow of products from refinery/depots to the retailers. “After its successful implementation, public sector oil companies have now decided to start daily revision in retail selling prices of petrol and diesel in the entire country with effect from 16th June, 2017.This move is a Consumer Centric Initiative in which the retail fuel prices will now be more open and transparent, competitive and reflective of the market conditions.
As of now, the petrol and diesel prices are determined on the global crude prices and the value of the rupee against the dollar. It has been reported that the three oil retailers will establish a proper mechanism to let consumers know the prices every day.
