Ok people this is when I get really frustrated. I used to be able to login on the app and now I cannot longer do that because the genius being the coding decided to allow only Facebook logins.... May i know why? It doesn't make sense. I can login on the Internet site but I am not allowed to enjoy the app because I don't have Facebook? World wake up... Facebook is not mandatory.... I don't need to have to live and live well. I'm going to ask my vet to change application and if he doesn't, I'll change vet.

Only option for logging in is Facebook. I have a dummy Facebook account (only used for crap). My vet automatically setup Petly accounts for all their clients using the email they have on file. Thus means I can't use the app.

Downloaded it because I use it on my computer. I do have Facebook, but I still can't login since that's not how my account is registered. It's useless if you can't even access it, so deleting.

I agree with other reviewers. The fact that only Facebook Login is allowed on this app is ridiculous. I have an acct with Petly with my regular email address because we don't use social media in our household. Please allow us to login by means other than Facebook!

Requires Facebook login but then doesn't actually log you in.

Will use only once I can use my vet login not Facebook. One star for that reason. Uninstalling.

Please fix your access....I want to join my Facebook with my vet made acct and there is no way. I refuse to use the app till this issue is handled.

I agree with the rest. This app lets you login only via Facebook and not the email account that my vet registered us with. Until this is fixed, I refuse to use this app. Not user friendly at all!! Horrible!

Let me sign in with my email, no reason for Facebook to be involved with this.
