The application capture the accelerometer sensor (or G-sensor) data into a file
Features
1. The magnitude, minimum and maximum are calculated.
2. The captured data can be save in comma-separated values (CSV) file for further analysis. The csv are located in SD card "G-Sensor_Debug" folder.
3. Limit 10000 data points
4. Direct upload CSV file to your Dropbox via built-in Dropbox engine
5. Support English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Trad. Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Japanese

Permission
* Modify/delete SD card contents is used to write CSV file to SD card
* Internet access is used for ad and Dropbox access
* Prevent phone from sleeping is used to keep the screen on for user taking lap
How to use the app ?
Press "Logging" to start logging accelerometer data. To stop logging, press the button again
Press menu->"Save" icon to save the logging data to CSV file
Press menu->"Dropbox" icon to upload a selected file to you Dropbox.

Needed a tool that would let me capture accelerometer data easily. This app does exactly that. Can choose where to store and give the file custom name. One quibble may be the file encoding, but that was easy to work around.

I have a problem cuz my sensor broke I accidenatlly opened my g sensor calibration and I broke it now my sensor is not functioning.. I think I pressed some buttons and adjusted it in the wrong way... can this app help me?

BTW. Which program do you propose for plotting the data in the CSV files on a PC? Win or Linux..doesn't matter.

Adds are an issue. Seems to log OK, but the sample rate is very slow. Misses bumps and shocks. The scale setting are far to high !

This apps is very supportive to other apps & without it other apps cant work like level meter, gps etc...big thanks to the manufacturer.

I used this app to log some amusement park rides and was disappointed to discover when I got home that it hadn't properly logged anything. The 'csv' files are actually tab-delimited (no big deal) but they are full of garbage NULL characters. Also, all 12 of the logs it created for me have a couple of seconds of data and then the timestamp jumps ahead by anywhere from 100 to 400 seconds. Disappointing that an app titled 'G sensor LOGGER' doesn't actually log.

My original 4 star review was for an app under this moniker that actually logged accelerometer data. This one literally does nothing but display spammy promotions. Sad to see a good app go, but don't give this guy any traffic or downloads.
