Pet Walking by PetCloud

This is the app used for the company I work for and I have had hands on experience with it for 2 years. It literally has not improved for the Android platform. It is infuriating to use as the simplest actions take way too long to complete. Get your self together Petcloud

Starting walks is slow. Ending walks is slow. Taking photos takes so long that you end up missing the photo of the pet you were planning to send to your client. Simply scrolling through your walks will cost you 1% battery life and 10 seconds of your life. 7 out of 10 attempts of pushing a button results in another 10 second delay followed by the client page opening instead of starting a walk or ending one. After a walk today I pressed the end walk button only for it to open the client page. I hit back. 10 second delay. Try to end again, back to client page. It took me so long to end the walk that the client came back out her house to ask if I was okay. Whoever decided to put the tiny start, end, and take photo buttons within another giant button should be fired today. On the best days you will lose 20% of your battery simply waiting for the app to respond to the normal commands. On a bad day you'll be reinstalling the app 4 or 5 times to accomplish anything. Bring your charger every time you use this app because it is garbage.

Worked fine for a month, but in the last three weeks I can't start a dog walking session on the app, I can take the picture and hit done but it says "server cannot be reached please try again". I have checked to make sure my data and phone service is working, tried uninstalling and installing the app, logging out and in and closing the app and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Most of the app functions don't work on Android

Does not work most of the time. Never connects to the server and unable to access most of the app functions. The website is even worse! Avoid it if you can!! Terrible!!

The idea behind this app is great, but it's implementation is awful. The fact that to even start and end a walk you need to be connected to both the Internet and location, make it so people with walks in the same building or areas with little service are essentially screwed. I have had time were I've needed to reinstall this app before even being able to end a walk, making me needlessly late to the rest of my walks for the day. This app needs a lot of work.

I have been totally impressed with this app. It has helped me organize and manage my business. Which has nearly doubled since I started using it. Takes some time to set up an account, but once you use their website - download the app and log in. I'm sure it will help to watch the video. I think this app gets far to many negative reviews, my experience has been pleasant for a year plus. Some issues but overall all my issues have been resolved in a timely manner. Impressed.

Its asking me to put in username and password however I haven't set on up yet and done see a set up icon

App has stopped working. this has to be fixed.

I came across this app and immediately thought this was THE app for my business, expecially because of the mobile app feature and its ability to sync with quickbooks. Unfortunately the syncing isnt working. I emailed customer support numerous times in regards to this and only received one email from them saying that they are looking into it. Its been a week and even though i have sent numerous follow up emails, i am being ignored as i have not received any resolution to the problem nor have i been contacted

Just spent an hour of my life setting this all up to find the app doesn't work! Crashes constantly.
