For being an app made to support people who kill bugs, this app is buggy itself. We would be much more effective as techs, if we didn't have to deal with the buggy flaky flimsiness of this app. Also where are the push notifications? It makes absolutely zero sense that I have to refresh, refresh, refresh in order to see an updated route. Alerts would nice. Instead, the app is absolutely passive, and stalls out all too often. The signatures erase themselves on the regular, might as well not even have them.

Kinda like the app but it crashes at least 2+ times a day & clears out the target pest & treated areas, very frustrating & time consuming having to re-input all the info. Would be nice if it had favorite or most used chemical under product tab at the top of the list.

Overall seems to be working ok. I like the new feedback section. The signature part of the app needs work. It is really hard to read signatures and sign on the app. The Apple version works better.

We don't use it because it doesn't allow the techs to schedule appointments. It would be helpful if you could schedule from the app.

Biggest complaint is app shuts off when you do something outside the app. Calls, texts, nav, open different app, will all make the app restart and re-sign in. This is very frustrating when it happens several times during the same stop.

The problem is when we press the "back" button on our phones it erases everything and makes us RE LOAD the whole app! We have to hold down the home button and jump to other apps so it doesn't close. Re write the code already, take care of the issues we are professionals!!! The app is in a great direction but you really have working men looking bad since we have to sit on our phones waiting for your app to always RE LOAD SLOWLY (which it does on all the phones) fix the app and it'll be amazing

Always crashes and deletes things you have set. Has things pre-set on every job that you have to take the time to delete because you don't need it then it causes a crash when you do and deletes everything again.

Its okay but could use improvement espicially if a new job or something pops up and you dont have to hit refresh everytime to see it there.

Every time I get a call or text or have to open another app and put this one in the back ground it closes it so if I did not save what I have done I have to log back in and do all the entries for the products used and all my notes all over again I running a turbo 2

Needs to remember most commonly used and categories for parts and chemicals. Not a long list.

To slow to much work

I use it on my Android phone and my company's iPad every day.

Any plans to update this heap anytime soon?

Those of us out in the field could really use the link to Google maps back. Heard you were trying to fix it weeks ago still nothing know your busy but please help. And saving pest and places is a great idea.

THIS APP SUCKS LOGS ME OUT AFTER EVERY STOP....

Updated on my phone and now I can't scroll down to see my stops and can not scroll down in in the info. I have an LG G3 if that makes a difference... Please fix...

Its doesnt login why its always says no network conection and my conection is good

Pathetic how this can't be made right. Calling things like rodents insects... frequent crashes....servers being down. Laughable... except it's needed for our jobs.

Can't log in

Very please with field data collection for over 20 users. The fundamentals like signatures, photos, updating appointments during the day, alerting the office of issues per customer, etc are all excellent.

Burned up 7.71g in 2 weeks and is very slow have to tap screen several times to get it to move forward, don't like the map view after upgrade since it doesn't show which customers have been visited or the names of them. Most frustrating is having the freeze until I tap the screen

Have some pride in your work and update your app. Fix the issues and pay attention to what's going on. It is so inefficient that it is mind blowing and it has been too long with out these things being addressed. Come on man.

Wont work with full bars. Will says network unavailable

We are in a age where I can use Facebook all day. But this app will crash 3x a day. Wtf

To slow to much work

The only problem I have is the app crashes and resets too much on note 4. Also it would be cool if it supported multi window for Samsung devices.

The app works OK but to many of my techs are having problems with the app force closing and erasing saved info.. And since we mostly use the app on 7 and 8 inch tablets it would be nice to have it rotate for side screen use... If you fix all that i can put my review back to 5 stars.

Good for what it is however on both apple/android apps if data goes below 2 signal bars it will not save or mark stop as completed, very frustrating to spend 10-15 min extra a house to get it working.. Also, on lollipop 5.1.1 login screen won't show, I can't scroll down to see all of my appointments as the scrollbar keeps pushing me back to the top of the list!

Only saves if you have some sort of signal on your phone or tablet sometimes even with full bars it'll fail saying system is off line makes my days longer than it should be.

Great Application.

Now you need to make a mobile office app so we don't have to log in on web browser on mobile devices.

Works great with new updates and new bells and whistles, problem now is red warning about sync required that won't go away after sync

Btw! The link for the address doesn't automatically send you to Googlemaps anymore. Can you put that back?
