Transcend for Android
Doesn't work in the background together with Insight Timer. Doesn't allow a meditation of more than 30 minutes. I'm really upset with myself I threw away 5 dollars on this. Had to go with brain wave LLM even though Transcend is supposed to be aimed at meditation.
never got to connect to device. :(
This fading candle image is not really helpful. I could use a feedback when my attention falls. A gong or something like this. Besides most people meditate with their eyes closed...

This app is crap considering it has a quarter of the functionality of other apps that are free... for 5$ they could of given u some actual choices... the pc neurosky stores products that sell for 5$ like dagaz should make the developer ashamed... upgrade this peice of crap to something besides showing u a real time graph of ur meditation value... something other software does much more pleasantly presented and for free... and give u options
Useful for getting feedback on meditative states. The voice however is not calming... sounds like I am in a meditative race To get 5 stars I would want a way of seeing all the brain signals theta delta etc + way of integrating own relaxation mp3s. I hope these come in the future
when the screen is off, the meditation process is automatically cut, i have to start again. is it possible to make it work at background?
A nice idea but the interface needs a lot of work. When meditating, the meditation object (a candle that dims and brightens to indicate the depth of your meditation) occupies only a small window at the top of the screen. This makes it difficult to place at a distance where you eyes might naturally fall when meditating. Also, there's all sorts of other things going on on the meditation screen - a signal strength indicator for the bluetooth connection, a countdown timer, and a graph of your meditation. Too much input! There should be a way to make the candle image full screen. Also, if you meditate with your eyes closed, look elsewhere - there are no auditory cues to indicate the depth of your meditation. This is a feature in Chanter - another MindWave Mobile ready app, but unfortunately, Chanter is only available on the PC or Mac platforms, so you're out of luck if you have a phone or a tablet.
It'd be good to be able to see some graphs of experienced mediators in order to compare how I'm going.
I've been using this app for 2 weeks now. I like it a lot. Two new features that I'd like to see in the near future: 1. Ability to see my performance over time. I can only see my last meditation right now. 2. Ability to meditate for 15 minutes. 1/4 of an hour is a good length for me. Thanks, and keep up the great work!
Had a problem running the app.Tech support fixed it in one day. Works great. Needed to measure the effectiveness of my meditation, not just duration. The app does just that.
This app rocks on my HTC rezound. I have been waiting for an app like this for a while now. I would like to see a bigger candle and less white space if possible.
Sweet man
