About Tversity Browser

This app is still in beta. I appreciate your feedback.

In order for this client to work, you need to make sure your Tversity Server is up and running. Also, your phone should have access to the server.

This provides an additional interface using the native Android interface to view content available from your Tversity Server.

For those who don't like the app, please tell me how I can improve it. I appreciate your constructive feedback. For those who like the app, please leave some feedbacks for me so I will have motivation to add more features. Thanks. And Happy Streaming

I love this app, previously 5 star rating. Unfortunately it does not play nice with Marshmallow. Ever since the update i only get an error stating "All applications associated with this action are turned off, blocked or not installed". Spent time with both samsung and google reps and they have not found a cause. Hopefully a quick patch can resolve, I dont know if this is still being monitored, but I hope it is.

Media plays provided you have the necessary codecs. Navigation is a minor irritant but nothing major. A big thanks to the developer.

It was working and now it is not since updating. Keep getting failed to connect error. All information is correct so not sure what else to do but uninstall.

The browser works great. Almost exactly what i was looking for except for one thing. I can view my movies but cant play them. Maybe add a video player

Its ok...you should make it to recognize what tipe of file is opening and with what. Asking to open with what program starts to get annoying.

Keep getting failed to connect, I can see the files and folders but I can't watch it, the server working fine on my Xbox

GUI needs to be more pleasing to the eye for non-techie types. Presentation is everything. Works great on my htc aspire. Trying it out on my wifi galaxy tab

Works but it would be better if able to play albums and cast them to Xbox.

The app connects, and brings up the media menu. But cannot play any audio, video, pics. The screen returns to connect setup screen for every try. Is there a fix?

This app is great moving forward to make it better, thumb nails and a good skin. Functionally perfect.

Nice app. Once in a folder with content, could the app move automatically from one file to the next???

Very simple and easy to set up. As long as you have a good media player on your phone (MX video) this is a must have app. I streamed HD 720p video from my home PC to the phone with NO issues. I used a 25mbps platinum service like 4G though. Normal 3g may have buffering with HD video. Some presentation boost would be nice. The back button doesn't always work either. Apart from that it's a great app that streams music, video and images without any issues.

I was able to access my TVersity audio library with my Droid Bionic.

One of a kind but too bad nothing can play video or music on my dev. Fix the failed to connect issue and will rate 5 stars***** as of now this app only good to see my library and that's all... let me know how to help

Great app, needs to scan for computer's IP on its own. Some files don't play once you change movie location. Good app overall

Took me a while to get it set up right, but works perfectly on ics on galaxy nexus.

Small app installed in seconds. As long as you know your host IP, (maybe the instructions to find this should be clear) and port# it should connect to your PC immediately. As long as you have Tversity running on your PC. I installed it on my Acer tablet and it connected to my Windows8 PC running Tversity 2.4 basic edition.

When it works its beautiful but I keep getting the 'failed to connect' message so I am not sure if its a user error or not. I've entered the correct IP and the username and password were left blank which I am assuming to be correct. I can see all my directories and files but from time to time I get kicked out to the log in window and I have to go back into the directory that I want. I know this app is still in Beta so its got ways to go but it has great potential. One odd thing that I found, on my PC the tversity media server is registering multiple instances of my phone connecting to it instead of simply being the one instance. Something to look into. Great work and all the best with the final product. Galaxy Nexus

This works perfect on my Nexus 10. I stream the vids from my PC and play with VLC media player on my tablet - setup took me less than a minute. Great app! Thanks :)

You need a divx player on ur s2 like rockplayer or mxplayer to play movies.... Because it works now over the official tversity app I've went from 1 to 5 stars....

Works great on my HTC Desire HD. Videos work (with Rockplayer installed), and music plays well. There's no photo viewing app option though.

Might be user error but I can't make it see my server. Maybe instructions would help.

App works great don't know what you 1 star people are doing wrong. I use this with mx video player.

Quicker than using the browser, easier to click on the exact file you want to play. It works. Would be great if the admin screens could also be added as they are impossible to use on a mobile browser. I like it.

Good app. Most of my videos don't play. Not sure why. But does what it says.

Functionality isn't the best on my HTC Incredible 2. One addition to this would be amazing. Use this as a remote option to refresh folders. The problem I run into when content is just added to a folder you have to manually refresh the folder on your computer. If I could remotely refresh using this app you would make my life happier. Thanks.

Works perfect on my Thunderbolt!!!! MX player is a good choice to play streamed movies in any formats. It's really nice to be able to have access to my media on my phone. Thanks so much !!!!! I was wondering what does root do in menu opinion?

Works great on my DROIDX but does not work on the kid's Dell Streak. Connects, you can browse files but when you try to open a file it says "failed to connect"
