Ur executives will support only till they have subscribed you successfully and take the membership..they will not help for first time transactions. They have lied me i will get 100 rupee cash back every transaction not told that it should be above 1000. Its totally unpleasant to use this app

Great app. Deffinrtly saves lot of time in queue while shopping.

Like the app& keep up the effort. I had some hiccups lately like item not found or cannot bill at more, but am sure you'll fix it. I have a suggestion that if you could get this at Dmart and integrate sodexo card it'll be great.

Worst experience. I regret downloading and using this app.. Which made me wait for 1 hour at final counter in verifying all products twice as well issues like payment fail and money got debited from account. I would hv paid directly at counter rather than using this apl and end up spending more time. Still awating for the refund of ny failed transaction of 803.

Looks like yesterday when I tried to use, they had the stock problems and due to that there was a glitch a day it looks to be resolved... I am sure this is a time savings App.. Good initiatives... Need to have more wallet offers... Sending the same offers repeatedly.. Please avoid it

This app is a fake app even the employees are veey rude and they don'teven know how to speak to the customers. Please don't waste your time even do not link your account details with them not at all supportive response no cash back found have done a purchase of INR 2200 last week till now didn't get any cash back till nor their employees are responding.. Total fake and fraud...

The app notification tone does not get disabled other than restarting phone or force stopping app. Correct it or will stop using app. Have the same issue with wife and my phone

The app works well enough but it does not save time if everything needs to be reverified at the counter. Even worse when you buy multiple items of the same kind and the person doing the verifying doesn't know if they should count them as one or not. Also, Perpule staff need to be trained not to beg for referral credit even when you tell them you know how to use the app. Moreover, the store staff/guard who enters the final verification code at the exit gives himself a five star without your approval when you hand him the phone. For an app that generally depends on people being honest, they should start at home, with their training.

1st time was good for me but 2nd time had bitter experience. I got timeout error money deducted from account but in this app it was error.Again stood in queue to do the payment Money still not refunded after 3 days.

Idea is good. The glitches are fixed by technical team after checking with me. So far sounds it.

Saved my hours using this app. There were few glitches I hope they will fix it soon. ☺

User experience was really good, but eventually had to get all the products re verified at the exit counter, so it doesn't really save any time. Unless you have less products. Plz improve the verification process, else will stop using this app

Worst app when I first installed and paid the transaction is failed and amount git debited from my account. Second time also I paid but still y deducted amount didn't got credited.

Very slow detect a data in server that's why not good for this application.This is waste of money,time ,data..and cell phone memory.That's why I am uninstall this application in my cellphone.

Worst app- bought 1.196 kg pomegranate but app scanned it as 7.796 and hence 927₹ was billed instead of 142₹. You have to wait anyways in the que for verification.

The idea is good.. Can cut the long queue.. But need to make sure the price is right. Also no cash back credited as advertised

Third class app.The representative of this made me stand long time for scanning and even it took a long time to scan also.

Staff mislead us saying there is a paytm cashback although there was already cash back running without this app, this is useless app had to re verify at checkout took more time

Third class. People in line purchased and gone out and it was still loading loading and loading. What the hell is it loading this much?

I used this app to shop at spar hypermarket twice Both the times I used paytm for payment, but both the times I never received and cash back like promised Found it a scam
