Food Cowboy is a mobile application that connects food companies with charities and compositors so wholesome surplus food doesn’t go to waste or pollute the environment. It allows Supply Chain food donors (Truckers and Wholesalers/Farmers), and Local Retail donors (Supermarkets, Restaurants, and Farmers’ Markets) to directly alert nearby food banks, pantries and other charities about the availability of wholesome surplus food.
