星雲大師雲端隨身聽

星雲大師，一九二七年生，江蘇江都人，為臨濟宗第四十八代傳人。一九四九年初來台，一九五三年任宜蘭念佛會導師，奠定弘法事業基礎。一九六七年創建佛光山，致力推廣文化、教育、慈善等事業，先後在世界各地創設二百餘所寺院道場，在海內外設立十六所佛教學院，創辦美國西來大學、南華大學、佛光大學、澳洲南天大學、智光中學、普門中學、均頭中小學、均一中小學，及《人間福報》、人間衛視等。
一九九一年成立國際佛光會，現任國際佛光會世界總會總會長、世界佛教徒友誼會榮譽會長。
