Pepwash - Laundry Service

Got cheated..!! No tracking of delivered cloths. They misplaced 4 t-shirts and not responding on complaints properly. Washed cloths are not clean also. Useless service...!!

They provided poor ironing service and misplaced two of my garments. STRONGLY advised to avoid this service

The worst laundry(pune) in terms of service , care, and my three clothes were lost by giving them and they did not care of it...Guys dont install and more over who installed i think they unistalled ..

There was hole in my new T-shirt which I gave them for wash and iron in January.Since then there is no update about it from their end.It was a new tshirt I also provided them the invoice of the tshirt to their executive.But the issue is not resolved yet.Very bad.

Don't use the service of this idiots, they are always late, they even don't have manners to talk with their customers. Even after some suggestions also they don't know how to behave in front of their customers... Pls don't use this and don't download..

Simply Pathetic. People at Hinjewadi - Dange Chowk hub are totally irresponsible. I have placed my order a week ago but neither it has been picked nor I have received any update. The irony is they are not even receiving the call. Well done pep wash you lost a customer. Edit 2: After my complaint on play store these guys are up on there heels. Excellent service this time. Clothes were picked up on given time slot, delivery was also as per slot. Totally satisfied this time. Have upgraded my rating to 3 stars. Maintain consistency and you wil get 5 stars for sure. EDIT 3: Patheticness continues. Once you upgrade rating these guys are back to there basic nature of untimely service, unanswered calls and all the things mentioned in first review. Worst ever app. Don't use this app. Number is always switch off or busy. I don't think so that they provide better servIce. It's better to remove this app from play store

NEVER FOR EVEN A BIT EXPENSIVE GARMENTS.2nd time given spoilt a t-shirt with transfer print. The app however works good. But quality of laundry is POOR to uncareful. Maybe will give them another chance for towels and socks only. Not sure at all. No responsibility they bear. Got a refund for the tshirt Rs 500. Something is better than nothing. T shirt cost me 1899 With so many complaints you guys will be out of business very soon. Kalyani Nagar is a difficult place once your reputation goes. Hello Dhobi another one closed so be careful.

Lousy service. Landline no does not work, Mobile rings but no one picks and no response to emails. It's Dhobi ka chuna for customers and investors. You get response only when you raise complaint on the app in play store

I am a very old customer of Pep wash, which makes me the most eligible person to write the review. Initial days when they started in Pune, the pick up and delivery is on time - within the slot selected. From last 2 months, I am experiencing irresponsible service. Continuously in 5 of my orders I have faced delay in pick up and delay in delivery. Recent one, which is yet to be delivered - it is express delivery by the way. Order picked up on 22nd June, 2017 and already paid for the express delivery which is 1.5 times, the order yet to be delivered. Not just this order but the previous ones as well, I have to literally beg them to deliver my clothes. There are time slots to choose, generally customers choose pick them according to their convienence, these guys changes the time slot as per their wish - it could be within the same day or next day. They won't even call up while doing this. I have all screenshots, call logs etc., if anyone is interested I am happy to share them. I have given feedback in their app section and guess what no one contacted me. I think it is time to show the world what's their level of service. Time to uninstall pepwash.

Very bad service one of my T shirt is missing from last 17 days no one is picking the phone calls neither they are responding. why the App is there I don't know.

It's an OK service. The only reason I'm using their service is because it's cost saving for me. The thing I would like to suggest is that, they need to keep track of the customers clothes and the refund management is also poor. Improve on this please.

I am using this app since one year and suggested many of my friends in ITER who were benefited to get a quick doorstep service. It's service is good but sometimes it's late. Online wallet option is an advantage. I recommend this app to used by users for its service and promotion of online startup by a young founder. I also suggest monthly discount should be given for regular customers.

Worst work they provide. Never on time, I gave suggestions everytime but of no use. If you are ready to wait for your services it's fine, else they are always late. Whatever is given in Track Order is always wrong. Whenever I try to track my order it always gives me a date that is passed. Really hate the punctuality.

what an experience!! placed 1st order and the pick-up never happened. calls are not answered. in-app messages are not replied back. continuing this after 2 weeks. pepwash did drop a call to know the reason of dissatisfaction and promised good service. but still there customer service sucks. number provided in app doesn't connect. i have increased the rating by 2 notch though as laundry was satisfactory and as i received the follow up call. writing again. already uninstalled the app as i am totally harrassed by what happened in last 4 days. bye pepwash. all the best

It's been a week after I gave my laundry, and there is no calls from them. They say they will deliver within 3 days, but it's like 7 days no apology call no notifications from them. Worst service ever.

3rd Review : One more late delivery and they do not even care to inform their customer. Again phone number on app is useless. Most of the time it is out of reach and when I got through call was on waiting. They even don't call you back. Every time when delivery is late I am told that the delivery guy is on leave or some shifting is going on and what not. I just feel we get chance to rate app/service in negative. Aha,, forgot to mention. I had to call them even for pickup and one order before this I had to cancel pickup since they never came on the said time. --------------------------------------- 2nd Review: After consistent bad experience and previous review , 1 order pickup and delivery on time. But the very next order in next 2 days of this delivery again late pickup. Infact no pickup. Pepwash guy asked if I am at home nearly around 8-30 pm. After 2 follow up calls(1 call received and other not recieved) it is around 10-30 pm, still no pickup. M I supposed to be awake for whole night? They really prove me every time they r just very consistent with bad service. Cheer to ur sercice 1st Review : They are very consistent with one thing. LATE DELIVERY. The phone number on app is useless. They just don't pick it up. I got the number busy/ on waiting g. They do not even have courtesy to call u back. I gave order after repeatedly confirming if I will get it on date of delivery. I didn't got it on time. Tried calling on the number mentioned on app but it was useless. I went to their delivery shop and even then they were not able to give my order. Very pathetic service.

This is the first time I opted for online laundry services and it turned out to be the worst ! Not at all acceptable. My clothes delivery was delayed for 3 days, how is anyone suppose deal with it!? Extremely unhappy with this service providers. Thank you

I have had a very good experience with pepwash. Their representative Shubham has been very helpful wrt pick up and drop off times. Even the quality of work has been pretty good. Their good feature of monthly pricing plans is also limitation since if you didn't use up the full amount by month end that money is wasted.

Service is ridiculous. Never on time. Even after many escalations, no progress.. These guys are not even bother about delivery.. I am not saying delayed delivery by time.. Its delayed by date.. You can take pepwash laundry service at your own risk.. Really disappointed with their service

Worst service, they always deliver late, they even don't bother to inform you infact when you call them they won't receive your calls. It's really frustrating atleast you should receive a call. From this time seriously I am not going to use your services neither I recommend anyone else to usepepwash.

Worst service. Please people don't use there service at all. It's been almost 1 month my blanket is with them, and I haven't received it back yet. They convinced me that they will Re dry clean it and return to me. Forget about dry clean they even not returning me my blanket and they are not even answering my phone call. What you guys are actually up to. At least return me my thing. Very angry. And will never recommend anyone to use pep wash service.

Post my complaint on dissatisfactory service received last time, pepwash took another delivery and serviced it diligently. Thank you for that. However they called me umpteen times to change my rating. Pepwash needs to realize that rating should be given on basis of a consistent good service. A bad rating was given earlier as there were multiple occurrences on delivering unwashed clothes. So a good rating should demand the same. Looking forward to it. P. S please be careful while using staplers and do not clip clothes with staplers. It puts permanent holes to clothes.

Never...I repeat never ever give them your clothes..if you want a timely delivery..they take your clothes..take one week to deliver and even forget and mix up your clothes with others..pathetic service is an understatement for pepwash

Poor service. On my very first order, they destroyed my Wrangler shirt. I was paid for the damage but this was very irresponsible. For my order #15726 (4 Kgs) dated 15-07-2017, it took 2 weeks for them to deliver my order after numerous calls and texts, and that too was incomplete. 10 of my clothes were still missing, out of which a large grey towel is still missing. Another order #16033 (3.7 Kgs) dated 23-07-2017 is still not delivered yet. The tracking status shows it as "Delivered". I had called the Pepwash contact number and complained regarding this. I got calls from Pepwash asking me of my issue 2-3 times and I was assured I'd get my clothes back but it's been 2 months and I haven't received my clothes yet. i have registered a complaint on the consumer court, consumer redressal forum, National Consumer Helpline & NCDRC. Such issues are too careless on the account of Pepwash management. If I do not receive my clothes or get compensation for my loss, my next course of action would be a registered FIR. Good luck with that.

I gavey clothes only for ironing. I loved the way they have sent it back... Next will be trying washing n dry cleaning for sure. U won the trust... Hope u maintain it

Highly irreponsible management. They don't even bother about their permanent customers. My shirt of Peter England was missing when asked about the same numerous times they just said everytime that they checked everything but did not find the shirt anywhere. When asked about refund they said they can refund only if it was a miss from their end. BUT THE MAIN THING HERE IS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE GONNA VERIFY IF IT WAS MISSING FROM THEIR END. SO OBVIOUSLY THEY SAID ALL PERFECT FROM THEIR END AND THEY DID NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AND GOING FORWARD I WOULD BE DISCONTINUING PEPWASH SERVICES FOREVER.... EXTREMELY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED AS I WAS FORCED TO BEAR WITH THE LOSS FOR THE MISTAKE THAT I HAD NEVER DONE...

Bad experience in very1st order : i ordered pickup at 11:30am on 14th Jan (Sunday) & got laundry pickup slot of 12pm to 2pm by pep wash. I waited till 2:05pm & then called to Pep Wash help line.. the lady who picked up said they don't have boys to pick up order n she blamed me that its me who is wrong to order pick up on Sunday. when i asked her that app should block slots when manpower is less then she said its not her concern as the intended guy who should be lifting my call is not there...! Very disappointed with Pep wash... i had a very good expectations but you guys proved that local laundry shops are more humble & punctual and we users should chose them over you anytime...!

Very Redigilous service. I had given my clothes for wash and iron but they only ironed them and given to me but I paid the money for wash and iron service. I had sent feedback to them but didnt get any reply.

Very poor service,they don't deliver at proper time . Nor they come for pickup at a particular given time . Since 7 days my carpet is them n. Daily they tell it is out for delivery

Worst service..I was supposed to get delivered my clothes 2days ago tried to contact but both the numbers are switched off... Afraid of loosing my clothes..trust me Guys use some other app

Worst laundry service ever used. They ruined 3 of my t-shirts by making holes in them. My first dryclean order is not delivered and it's close to 2 weeks.

Yes, they have very bad customer service.. it's been more than a week and I am trying everyday to connect with them and they are not giving my pant back.. I gave them my clothes for washing and my pant is missing,, I tried calling them everyday but same response. Even I sent them pictures of my pant still they are not able to give me. I am not going to use it if I have use it at the cost of losing my clothes.

No support from customer services the number mentioned in the app !! I have almost calling to daily but no body is picking it up ..I think pep wash team is so busy that they can't even work for what they have created ...so sad !!!
