This is the most flakey and unreliable app I've ever had the misfortune to use. It regularly looses orders and locks up, costing me time and leaving me unable to access my stored cash. No sign of updates or improvements. Terrible, terrible app.
Update3 (7/Jul/17); Another brief period of smooth operation, showing the potential, before completely going to pot. Last few weeks have an order success rate of no more than 20%. Yesterday was cash only in store (after I placed my order via the app), but seems I've still been billed via the app. Today I top up £10 and order a coffee. Surprisingly my coffee awaits me, but after restarting the app multiple times it shows I have just 20p left. Overall conclusion is; great when it works, but unlikely to work with any consistency. Update2 (19/Apr/17); After a few days of smooth running, I stand here again for 10 minutes, no sign of coffee. App shows 'coffee s/b ready', but the guys have no tickets. Correct location confirmed. Big fail, again! Update: TBC -, Will give this another shot... 1 Star; Very glitchy. Crashes if trying to add a 'favourite' drink. Worse still, my last two pre-ordered drinks have deducted payment, show as ready, but the guys don't have a ticket. Two days in a row I've been left waiting 15mins for a coffee. That's enough chances for the app for me.
Clunky app. Ordered a coffee the other day and due to low reception it ordered me 2. The following day it said my order was accepted and upon getting to the shop no order had gone through. Add that to no confirmation on cash top ups and the inability to order large drinks I now have £32 stuck in an app I do not want to use.
Nice idea, but doesn't really work for me. I can't find any way to set the location with location services disabled when I'm inside. Demands a lot of permissions that don't seem necessary, like access to my photos. Has crashed on me while trying to use it.
2 stars because of lack of payment options. Would prefer Android Pay integration or to be able to pre-pay in store. Don't want to supply my credit card details.
Balance has stopped updating, and pre order confirmations don't work.
why can't I just order a normal coffer without having to pay extra for decaf or special beans. you need to add a normal option to the bean type. you can only add multiples of 10 to your account yet none of the coffee prices are round numbers. if you lose signal then you have to force close the app as it just goes round in circles saying signal unavailable.
I don't have to queue or carry cash, nor do I have to carry (lose) loyalty cards

Should be zero stars as I can't sign up. Given the reported issues I wouldn't be surprised if they've given up on the app. If any of the team are listening, you might want to pull it from the store and put it out of our misery. Update after developer comment: still no joy with receiving activation text.
