The app is terrible. Doesn't recognize the virtual home and back buttons on my phone, whenever you try to zoom in on the image from the camera, it glitches and zooms fully on the top left of the screen, it doesn't override my screen-off timer, so I have to keep touching my phone screen to make sure I can keep watching, and the translation to English in many phrases is terrible. Also, when scanning the QR code to set up the camera, there is no tap to focus in the camera, so it took forever for it to finally focus on the very small QR code. That being said, the connection to the cam seems stable, at least for the moment, fingers crossed. But the app is terrible, needs a complete overhaul in my opinion.

Pos I wish I would of read the reviews first before buying. not the cameras it's the app its horrible. It wants you to pay 10 dollars a month for an app that doesn't work what a joke. The camera's I like there nice but beware the app sucks and no where on the box does it say 10 bucks a month your have to spend on the app. The app freezes, wont let you view camera, takes 5 mins to view recording. I am taking cameras back to the store. Might want to consider not charging until you fix the flaws in the app.

Awful!! Don't waste your money, it will not stay connected to the app. I keep getting notifications Camera Off. If it is connected during the day, it works great. At night, if you put it in a window it reflects off the window so you can't see anything. Just wish it would stay connected!!

App loses contact with cams. Won't record randomly making this only good for a manual monitored device. Time code randomizes and sends to cam which seem to be the major issue with program. Motion and image say their adjustable. Motion adjusts but no significant difference. Image reverts to low and won't connect when trying to Download video. Doesn't connect to previous models. Some small but necessary adjustment(similar to old cam app) and this would be a great system

This is an ok app. The 1.0.44 update really made the livestream much more responsive, eliminating the black screen lag that used to proceed the live feed. The real shame is the iOS app is flawless, so having it on both mobile systems, you an see the lost potential in this app. As an aside, the cameras themselves are great.

Samsung Note 7 & Samsung tablet Initially unable to pair camera, ran flash update and did pair. Camera functioned for two days then unable to connect. Have tried multiple times to pair. So far no luck. Junk is a good description.

Stops working. Have delete and re enter rules. Have reboot camera regularly

I couldn't even get the app to connect to the camera. Tried scanning, and manual entry, but no go. Didn't want to mess with tech support since I already had different brand. Just tying to save a few bucks.

This app won't save any activities and doesn't recognize my sd card. They wont answer my emails. 1 star!!!!

The app doesn't work properly, it goes days without recording anything. When it does record it records thin air. If you happen to get an actual recording it'll be just short enough to where you can't get any information from it. Returning. If you cant afford an extra $10 for a good camera go ahead, this camera is ever so slightly better than none at all.

Devs need to update the app, will They? Nope, nothing wrong with the camera just the app is the issue. Maybe it's bc I'm on an android because no issues with mic or taking pics with iOS device. Devs fix this and stop wasting peoples time and money.

Oh unplug and replug the camera if you can't get live stream. Why didn't I think of that maybe because I'm 400 miles away from my house I swear to God if I get robbed somebody will reimburse me. I consider this junk falsely advertised. Now I'm wondering if I'll come home to any belongings thanks momentum for the great security you provided. I hope your comps y goes belly up you all deserve to go broke

people be aware! DON'T buy complete junk! No real solutions to resolve issues! Will give an alert of motion detected then you can't view! Also you are deleting and it says down loaded successfully..where in the hell is it downloading to? Where the hell is this "cloud" that I did not give explicit permission to down load to? Does not work returning today or having my bank cancel transaction. Junk junk junk.

Won't open don't buy if you haven't been suckered already. I have used the app a couple times but now it's not sending notifications or live streaming I've left town and don't know if my house is still standing or not I wish I would've known I couldn't trust the app shame because the camera works beautiful no peace of mind here moving on

I purchased a new device about a week ago to monitor what happening when im not home. I like it so far. the picture for live streaming is very good. It often tells me that my device is not connected to the camera when trying to change settings even when i have a strong connection. It also wont let me speak through the camera. I have a galaxy 6. It does work on my husbands Iphone. I am purchasing more cameras today! It serves my purpose.

MOMENTUM IS A SCAM, WORKS FOR 10 DAYS THEN, everything stops working but UNRELIABLE live feed, no support, Was OK at first, app seemed promising at first, but its the system that is out of whack. ALSO stopped recording clips motion, play & on demand!!! Nowre days of trial, now doesn't do motion alerts (came home walked around, turned light on, walked into my kitchen ate a whole danish & glass of milk with no alert) unless i unplug & replug camera, reinstall app, then sync time to phone, then i get all the alerts from yesterday, sometimes live streaming takes a MINUTE to load IF it wants, constant crashes, VERY UNRELIABLE for security survelience; just gets one anxious & mad!, camera should be in the shape of MICKEY MOUSE. How is this going to work when I'm actually paying $10/mth??

It was working until I changed internet providers now the stupid camera wont connect to my new wifi provider this garbage to many complaints. Hell I just threw them in the trash.

What a piece of garbage... I work on satellite's and I couldn't get the camera or the app to function, the app also crashes even though I have the proper requirements.. Tech support hasn't called me back or emailed me back now in over 12 hours, but don't worry, you won't lose your place in line if you allow them to call you back... What a joke.. This is a garbage company selling garbage products and wasting way too many peoples time.. Judging by the horrendous amount of bad feedback on Google Play I'm not the only one getting screwed here.. Don't waste your time, I wasted 5+ hours.. Taking it back to Wal-Mart on Monday....

Lots of glitches, .....snap shot, video record and mic all quick working within 5min. Hit reset on the camera and it resets everything and now none of it works.

Crashes every. single. time. you try to use the mic feature on Android. Returning to buy the better, more expensive, competitors model tonight...

It doesn't work. It worked before I left town then nothing. It should of sent a alert when I walked in, but it did nothing. Why should I pay for monitoring and it's not working. I've sent a request for help and have not had a response ????

Just got the camera and it won't pair with the app or vice versa. Kinda pissed about this sent a help ticket out let see how long this takes

Camera is much better than my pulse camera from ADT. Haven't had any more issues with this app than I have had with the pulse app. I would like to find a windows download so I can put on my laptop. Any info would be great if you have it.

I can view it live it just shows a black screen but it's recordingwhen there is movement and it shows the video in the recordings but it doesn't show it live.

Can't even sign on to the application. I have two momentum cameras and like them and how they work with my iPhone, but the user experience with all my Android devices is less then satisfactory. Please bring back a pc app and fix these tablet and Droid apps. Also should update firmware to allow for third party viewers if you can't get it together.

Sends notifications but no picture. Can't change settings. The only thing that works is installing the app.

Don't buy, the live feed hardly works and it almost never alerts me of motion and doesn't record when there is motion. Camera is good service and app are terrible

Cameras are not very good , app is useless, very limited in capabilities, requires Expensive subscription for such unreliable and limited cameras.

I can't even view the motion alerts. I can click play and it takes forever or it wont play. This is bullcrap

The app, the camera and the customer support are all complete garbage. I would not recommend this to anyone who isn't looking for an expensive paperweight.

Horrible camera and app, gave it 3 hours of my time and gave up. Taking it back to the store.
