Its getting better... Finally an App for this Bank. Couldn't get past the initial screen because of random, has nothing to do with my choices questions. User your member number after you log on to the web page to use the app. App needs a design team. Customer service isn't 24/7 so I can unlock the app from my web account I have to call an wait on hold every time. I will just keep logging into the web.
Had a problem at first now it works great and everything is up to date
Won't let me log in says incorrect password... I call my bank... And they hang up on me...
Used to work fine now doesn't even allow me to log in need to do better or just scrap the app
Now i can see how much and when money is deposited or withdrawn

App is horrible. Get constant errors. Cant reset password cause it doesnt recongnize your user id. Then after 3 tries it wont let you try again. Just plain horrible. Like the old way, go on the site and boom, you are in.
I've had to call several times to have my account reset. It's getting really annoying. I still can't use the app. Will you please fix whatever is wrong!!!
Constant login issues with questions never posted by myself and no way to reset or confirm them unless you call in.

To many problems
Great app
I answered almost 50 security questions with them repeating. Never got past it. Not worth the time or energy.
Once the latest update was installed it would not let me log in and it asked me questions that a never had to answer before.
Have had repeated logging in problems. App requires too many questions. And worst of all, you now have to schedule payments approximately a week in advance. Definitely a downgrade from their previous online bill pay.
First of all the new update on everything looks good and it seems efficient but the defects with the system are stupid can't even log into my account to do a simple transfer this doesn't reflects the good quality of this bank I'm disappointed
The app looks good but all the questions are really silly. I can think of 3 possible answers to almost every question, chances are you won't be able to reset your account if you forget your password and you will have to call in. How about simple questions with only ONE possible answer like your mom's maiden name or stuff like that? Plus, they changed the login information without giving customers the heads up, they could have done the transition a little bit more smooth.
Makes you come up with a password you can never remember with symbols and numbers etc. And then LOCKS YOU OUT after 3 failed tries. Also makes you answer dozens of ridiculous questions. And even when i answer them correctly it says it's wrong. The old mobile version was fine. Why are you torturing us with this app??
Had problems at first pafcu was very helpful with straightening out my issues happy with the app
Had major issues logging in still having issues logging the questions are none stop answering the same questions 2 and 3 times...Not happy with the app
TOo many questions asked WAY too randomly given I only access my bank account twice a month. I dont understand why they have not changed this given that there is now a regular line 3-5 people in the bank waiting for help because theyve been locked out. Also, for a bank that doesnt answer the phone during Saturday hours and is closed on Sundays youd think theyd have an automated way to reset if you do get locked out but nope. If you get locked out and cant make Saturday hours have fun waiting until Monday

Why is it asking me all questions I have never seen before cant get pass it
I was successfully able to sign into the app AFTER I had to go to the FULL SITE and sign in. Once the questions were set up on the full site I was able to log in using the app.

It won't like me do anything but answer questions I never seen before and it never ends, need to be fix asap

It's great they they offer an app, but they need to make the app and the website less glitchy. Things are not as streamlined as other banks. Password and secret question requirements are a overboard too. It's like a constant problem accessing my account over the years. Please just simplify everything!
