Peoples eAccount

This is the most god awful app ever. There's not enough space to enter your full account number to even register to start. I'll just deal with the long wait times on the phone or on the regular web...I wouldn't be surprised if these are some hackers trying to get info from the app. What a joke.

It rarely is working without some sort of difficulty. Now it's telling me to download a new version that isn't there when I'm just trying to see my bill to avoid being behind or pay. Great concept, horrible execution.

This app NEVER LOADS! I've had it over a year and it's been like this since I've had it, how hard is it to make it usable? Worthless!

It NEVER works! Consistently tells me the version is not supported download a new version after I just downloaded the new version...

The app hardly ever works. I've had it for over a year and only been able to successfully pay my bill a handful of times.

Worse app ever I missed placed my password and put in the correct information and got nowhere with it. Claimed it was the wrong information . Crappy app.

With the same username and password I'm using on the website and can't log in, keeps saying user ID is incorrect. Poor app! Please improve

I'm trying to register my account as I just downloaded the app. Its not allowing my full account number to be entered for registry. Brain crush....

Says I need to install the latest version but don't have an update or different version ...

Its 2016 and the gas company makes it the hardest to pay your bill. Like its a set up keep you behind

I have never been past the initial loading screen when the app is launched. It has never worked.

If you're going to hire developers, make sure they don't port an iPhone app, and make a working Android one. Will not allow me to login, states connection was interrupted.
