Simple text viewer. Has encoding option that allow foreign language text display correctly

Only shows the word..can't copy or pest something new..

A very plain-Jane text reader with a bevy of good options. Configuration is bare-bones for beauty but makes up for it with a wealth of selections including choose Truetype, Font size, Page color, and even read it to you out loud.

This is what I'm looking for but I can't get... .doc text files to open. .doc is Microsoft Word document. And when l click on the .doc text file... The .doc text file is scanned this app is not one of the choices... And there is on way to add it as one of the choices for my Os 6.0 marshmallow and android phone. Also l can't get .wps to open without error. And .wps is Microsoft works document. If it could be done support for rar and zip that have more than one file in them. Also have a choice for spacing rather single or double spacing. And last have away to chose how much of the full screen your texted file will be... 1/2 3/4 or fullscreen.

This app takes a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it, it is a uncomplicated, minimalistic, and beautiful in its simplicity. It is ideal for proof-reading documents. I use it every time I write a letter.

It converted one of my files that was written in english into a language filled with slashes and weird characters.

need ability to copy portions of text, paste into different app

Works fine on my phone Thanks to developer and the size of the app is awesome ! Only 63 Kilobytes !!!!! Amazing !

I've been using this for quite long. I like it 'cause it simpe. I just hope I can copy a text from here and paste to some other app.

Pdf readers really does suck. However, if you convert your books into txt formart and open them with this program, you'll be able to read your books in a single long page. Only thing you need is to scroll down. And if you close the program, it will remember the exact page you're on. It's good!

like it because it's so simple. Simple but functional, and no bugs. The only thing I wish it has is a screen rotation lock as I often read in bed or lying on the sofa and tilt the phone this way and that way.

Works with GMail app (v. 6+) for those annoying Verizon text attachments on my Nexus 6P. Font was too small on the default text/html viewers. Bonus is text-to-speech at the push of a button ( no need to highlight/select the text to be read).

As stated, this is the best and most reliable text reader app available, one that I have used for many years now. Every time I get a new mobile device, this app is always one of the first to be installed.

Could you guys add a menu button within the app itself? I just got a new phone and it doesn't have a Menu button, so I can't set my Home Folder anymore :( Otherwise, works great and I love it! ;)

Works very well and am mostly happy with it but search is hard to use when found text is not on visible screen. Must scroll down to see it but then "search next" button at top of screen is gone. Have to scroll back up to find it. Problem may occur when text font size is changed.

I like the ability to change the size of the text or the text type. Tab S 8.4 Android 6.0.1

Simplistic design. Reliable and fast. Could use some more features like copy the text.

very like it , however , I wish it can provide the option to hide the top status bar of android.

I love how minimal and customizable it is. I find it the most comfortable way to read a book off of a phone.
