If you are going to update an app atleast make sure it is usable. The app logo is broke and non existant, the app constantly force closes and the articles take forever to load and they are loading articles for fire engineering which I thought this was a renewable energy news app? Fix this or go back to the old app which actually worked!

Used to love the old app. Easy to use, fast and updates seemless. Now with the change none of this is true. Sometimes refresh takes 10 minutes and eats too much space.

Not sure why R.E.W. changed their App, but I don't notice any significant improvements. The material is still good, but now the file takes up 6X more space than the old app did, making it by far the largest memory user on my phone. Not exactly conservation!

The older version was much better. Now it useless app. god knows who is behind this upgrade. the problems: 1. i have seen 14 MB of data even before i can see any article. 2. occupies too much space. 3. It takes hell of a time to load. some times i was wondering what is happening. 3. It loads all the stories whether you read them or not. Industry standard is that, only few lines need to be loaded. thereafter, it any one interested in any article, then they can click on the article and full article then can load. 4. It is bloating and affecting the performance of my phone. THE RESULT: I HAVE UNINSTALLED THIS APP. THE PREVIOUS VERSION IS MUCH BETTER

When I first installed this app, it worked beautifully but after sometime it required an upgrade which was never successful although I tried many times :( Then, i removed it & reinstalled the whole app. I was taken aback by the amt of space it took - 20MBs & still growing !!! No option to move to the SD card :( So uninstalling for good :)

Pennwell dont seem to know or care to write apps for the android platform. On a Galaxy Note now. Downloaded the app again. This time after having waited ten minutes for the headlines to load just got fedup and uninstalled the app once again. Whats wrong folks. If BBC, CNN, TIMES can all create succesful apps that work Pennwell should learn from them.....
