PengTree

Pengtee is an advanced communication mobile application with high level supervisory capabilities where teacher/student participation and parent access is mandatory. Pengtree provides security in communication, providing a closed platform acting within the capsule of the school and has been proven by students to be a useful and fun application. Pengtree’s secure instant messaging (SIM) software provides educators and the school community with the tools needed to instantly connect with students without the delay of email. Classes are organized into groups and study groups, allowing a class-wide conversation that extends beyond the limits of a physical classroom and creates a social media platform contained within the school capsule. With our administrative portal, a designated Pengtree administrator has oversight over all messages: student to student, student to teacher, teacher to teacher, and any classroom group chats. SIM software registers through student email accounts, which gives students a tool to communicate with one another on an instant messaging platform without having to exchange private personal information. Students will be able to communicate via instant message with their teachers, with assured security that rigorously scans and reports messages having any indication of inappropriate behavior to the administrator. Pengtree offers a uniform instant messaging platform that is primed for school-wide collaboration between students and teachers, creating a more enhanced learning environment.
