收租工具（蓝牙打印）

用于租房收取租金，主要用户为房东，目前只支持平板，建议配合便捷式的蓝牙打印机使用。

本软件包含但不限于以下功能：
1、按单个房间收取租金，并通过随身携带的蓝牙打印机打印回执单；
2、每月统计收租数据和支出情况，并支持打印清单；
3、全报表统计，可根据房间、年份、月份、项目进行统计，并支持打印报表；
4、更好的管理房间数据，以支持大量房间数据处理；
5、更贴心的服务，租期提醒、数据备份与还原、邮件发送报表等。
