Not user friendly, little info on buses to and fro destination.

PITTS did not work at all locations in Penang since Aug 23, 2017. When we search as to where our buses are, the yellow​ dotted circle keeps turning and turning but with no result. At times, it showed that the Rapid Bus arrived at Komtar bus terminal but in reality the bus was still at jetty bus terminal. Why did Sommet Technology fix the problems? It's high time that the app be upgraded immediately!

Sometimes unable to check the bus ETA even our line connection is no problem, but the apps keep showing that no internet or wifi connection.

Was acceptable but recently it is just on the loading mode. Note: I received a message on the reset my factory data in order for this apps to be functioning on my mobile. I don't think that i am taking this risk as user. Anyway thanks for the few months of assistance in providing this apps.

You either update this bloody app or just wipeout its entire existence

Perhaps to have ability to select our starting location and bus stops. Thanks for the apps.

Good initiative but I don't understand why do you need to login every single time. Also the interface for where my bus is very confusing. Can't you just list out the estimated time for the bus to arrive? And you should have an option for us to track the bus through bus code

WTF! What a waste of public funds!

It worked, and I enjoyed it. But after the latest update, the main feature (Where is my bus?) will not even open anymore. And the app still requires a sign in every time I open it! Why should we have to sign in just to check when the bus is coming? That's rather ridiculous. Update 17 Sept: The app now starts without separate login, but the main features "Where's my bus?"and "Search & routing" still don't work on my Galaxy S2 phone (Android 4.04)! :( When, oh when?!

Helpful apps for penangites

Finally worked. Tried many time to register but latest update solves registration issue. The features very good for public user to get information about real-time public transportation (Rapid Penang) services in Penang Island. Good job.

Whenever I wan check where's my bus, it only shows bus from one end to other end, but not the bus that heading to my desired direction. Also, why is that necessary for log in everytime. And why is all those lagging.

It is a handy app to find out which bus routes to take. But, other than that, can't see the ETA of the bus just like they advertised. Each time have to log in to the app as it is logged out when you exit the app.

Just install pitts..so far so good & it works just find..i can see the bus stop & bus no recomended by the apps..but need to kick in id & password each time when we exit even without click on log off..better be self log in once time only..great apps! Congrate

Insufficient information about the bus routes. The route I wanted to head the destination, a certain bus actually got pass through but it didn't appear in this app.Fix it ASAP. Makes me feel frustrated as I'm in hurry that time.

I tried to register it for two days and couldn't and then when I finally could, I wasn't able to log in. I'm very disappointed.

Badly designed interface, citymapper is still better reference.

Always require to keyin user id & password upon using it, hope fix it.
