No change: Dropbox sync always fails with spurious comms error. Authorising Evernote account incorrectly says Evernote Service is unavailable More importantly, equil support never respond to emails.

My Smartpen2 connects fine with EquilSketch installed on my phone running Kitkat 4.2.2 but EquilNotes shows Connected and Disconnects just when it starts import process. Then keeps connecting and disconnecting every few seconds and doesn't import anything either. Pl. fix this app to make it useful. Problem persits in new update as well.

The app itself is pretty good in terms of features, and the Equil Smartpen 2 is also good. However, I find that the resolution of the records is below my expectations and I would get better results just by scanning.

Pretty ordinary in my view. Whilst you expect manuals to be next to useless you do expect the web support to be useful, but seems written only for people at Equil who already know. Getting notes from pen memory to the app have been fruitless, pretty much a wasted purchase from my perspective - all I've ended up with is a bulky and noisy pen to use.

I created notes offline. I synced with my phone. I opened them using equil notes. I opened one of the pages as I wanted to draw line using the app. I tapped on edit and entire note blanked! I lost 2 pages so far like that. These are neither on device memory nor on app! Thankfully I can still click picture of it from paper. But accidentally deleting entire note is disastrous!

App works OK, tracks pen movement nicely, but everytime I try to sync all collections to Evernote, it says it says there is a server connection error and won't sync, despite syncing manually. 2 stars until fixed.

I love the idea, but I'm having problems. I cannot make a new page to write on. The app crashes every time I try to begin a new page on the receiver or the app itself. Can someone help me with this?? Great idea. I'd love it if the app was functional.

It works... when it stops creating random pages on its own. I was expecting to be able to import a text or word file as a FORM, EDIT THAT BY WRITING AND CONVERTING THAT TO TEXT AND SAVING IT ALL. That it what it cannot do.

The app keeps on opening then closes itself, opens then close, and it would do so repeatedly until I swipe the screen when its closed. This even happened with the equil sketch app.

If the app would allow user interaction using the pen only for common tasks such as color change, it could be much better. A Pdf export feature should be mandatory, however this can be worked around by exporting the pages to some other app that has this feature (Cam Scanner).

I tried to sync the equilnote with dropbox, but it made me lose dozens of note pages in my equil note app, which means the older version notes in Dropbox overwrite my new notes in equilnote.

It is a great app to use wirh Equil Smartpen. Easy to use. Great accuracy. Great optoins to share through icloud based. Especially, im the Evernote users and was concerned how to collaborate with these two great tools. Now, I can write on Evernote with Equil Smartpen.

Latest update 2017: sync to Dropbox and Evernote always fail, rendering the device pointless. More importantly, equil support never respond to emails.
