Just used app for first time. I hope it all goes thru well, without issues or delays and that the reciever does i deed recieve his photos. Pricing was reasonable, definitly will continue to use app if pics get to inmate.

I love the fact that they do all the work and get my hubby is pictures fast...However the app doesn't always work in been charged for more pictures then I'm getting smh and what l have noticed is they don't offer any rewards to there loyal customers and that's something l did get with Wal Mart... So they need to step there game up a little bit more...

App is OK but first set of pictures did not get to inmate and second set half of the pics are dark and grainy. I have not received response to rectify matter after several attempts at refund or replacement.

I love this app. Its fast and easy way to get pictures too loved ones in jail. Its best app and idea anyone could have thought of. Thannnnnkkkks.

Great way to send photos without the hassle of printing and mailing it.

Great app so far. However, most ppl don't know that most State Prison institutions send these right back. They require a physical return address. So they RTS in most cases the post office or App address thats on the card. Is there a refund or a notification before or after this happens? Maybe an option to put a return address before checkout No?

I am so glad I came across this app!! Its so easy to use, not expensive and they give you free shipping!! Also its so convenient I procrastinate a lot and am horrible when someone wants pics it takes me forever to develop and send them but with this app I dont even have to leave my house which is awesome!! Great app I highly recommend to everyone!

I thought this was a great an easy app but I soon learned that they will cheat you out of your money and pictures. I sent pictures to my love one paid for the pictures and the institute declined them due to 1 picture anyway Pelipost refused to send me my pictures unless I sent them more money nor would they give me a refund. so I'm deleting the app and warning others it will be cheaper to print your own pictures and mail them your self that way at least you'll get the pictures back and not lose your money.

I love this app. Makes it easy to send private pictures without awkward face to face pickups in stores. It takes care of everything - printing and mailing. You just choose the pictures. You can also edit, add text, stickers, draw on the pictures, add filters, etc before sending.

I LOVE THE FACT THAT I DON'T HAVE TO RUN OUT TO A STORE TO PICK THEM UP AND MAIL MYSELF. I SIMPLY UPLOAD, EDIT IF I CHOOSE TO, PAY, AND SEND. AND WITHIN ABOUT A WEEK MY LOVED ONE RECEIVED THEM IN BONNE TERRE PRISON. THE BEST APP SO FAR!!!!

Really wish it wasn't a limit and charge people a flat fee every month and we can upload photos through photo app that we back up our pictures too

I can't say enough about this app! For starters the app itself is very clean and straight to the point. All I did was download, set up my account and start uploading pics to send & the first order of 3 photos was totally free which was great! I had ran into a issue where my order never reached it's destination but is was NO fault of Pelipost, it was a slight error on my end with the way the address was written. Never the less Joe, who i recently learned is the CEO & Founder of this awesome company ALWAYS made sure to get back to me QUICKLY to answer any questions or concerns I had! He even went as far as to resend my first order out free of charge even though the company was NOT at fault for the address error. Great customer service is essential to any company and Pelipost definity gets an A+ in my book. I wish I could give more stars because 5 just isn't enough lol!
