Elevation Profile

This is a very nice app for line of sight work like VHF and higher freq communication. Being able to locate places is very important since hunting the terrain is almost impossible. The location function works but not a great "suggestion engine" like Google Earth. Still, not bad so 4 stars.

Really the nicest of this series of apps. Fun and does exactly what it says. Only criticism is that I can't seem to zoom to current location -I always have to pan around- it could be me but I don't think so. Also can't delete a data point/location. That would be very useful. But this is a really nice, simple to use app.

Works well as long as I use wifi. If I try to use 4g it says "error retrieving data, please try again" would be 5 stars if this could be fixed.

The app might be fine, but the advert is located in such a badly chosen place that you're bound to click it by accident. Also upon closing you get a juicy spam offering you a bunch of random crappy apps. Uninstalled on principle.

Found it good for planning ahead for fuel consumption on long journeys. And it helps me prepare psychologically too. Often found myself with a better understanding of what stage of the drive I was on as I climbed or decended just from memory of having run the app pre journey. Yet to use it for walking.

Here in Corpus Christi a small change in elevation makes a big difference but in several cases a 5 foot or more change in elevation was not recognized by the program.

Brilliant app for estimating undulating ground heights - Allows you to determine the highest point of any peak (on the map) permitting you to estimate & program autonomous flight plans, thus avoiding ground collisions & maintaining max height laws.

I use this application to check the different elevations before sending the quadcopter to a programmed mission. Anyone who has a quadcopter must use this software.

It's free, it's simple. I really like it.

The app gives me information which I can use and some that I don't completely understand but I like it.

Very good function. Allows me to plan a route and see what's in store. Much improved since the number of waypoints have been increased.

Very useful for outdoor sports such as cycling and bush walking but I just use out of curiosity.

This app works great. Yes, it is dependant upon having a phone signal, but the app is handy for logging my hikes
