TRANSFLO Mobile+

I've had apps crash my phone before, but none of them as bad as this one. Made my S7 crash to black screen. Wouldn't turn on or even force restart. And this wasn't the first time. Get it together!

After update occurred my Galaxy S8 will no longer download PDFs from the app. Web browser is working fine so I know I can still view them but I would like a resolution please.

Last update .chat now disappear s and welcome to chat come up every two seconds. Its like a bad beta. Please test befor releasing updates

Has not worked or allowed me to send trips for 3 weeks now always says not working

EDIT v.4.79: Professional drivers! Transflo is deliberately trashing the image quality of your bill of lading scans! The images of all your documents are being deliberately ruined by their data compression, which has been misnamed 'Optimization'. There is currently no Setting provided by Transflo to shut this off! This is why everyone is upset re: the bills looking terrible after 'Optimization'. Instead of sending them thru as full color/full resolution, like a high resolution photo, Transflo deliberately downscales & converts them to B&W. BOLs are then kicked back frequently by your company, as unreadable & your pay is then held for that week. The problem ISN'T your phone or your technique. It is the deliberate image quality reduction! Please help me convince Transflo to STOP reducing the image resolution & decolorizing our BOLs. And also PLEASE contact your company about this and let them know what is going on. It is their right to know, as well, what is holding up their weekly revenue, which, due to the time value of money, affects the dividends of their stockholders negatively every quarter, just as it negatively affects our weekly pay. And PLEASE leave one star reviews here on Google Play for Transflo Mobile Plus, with comments that demand that the "Optimization" be given an Off button in the Settings. I am convinced Transflo will not listen to any "ordinary user" complaints on this subject, they think it's still the 90s and that data storage & transmission is EXPENSIVE, which it is not anymore. However, our paying freight customers pay for and FULLY deserve to receive maximum quality signed BOLS to reimburse us for our services! No amount of 'troubleshooting' will ever fix this problem, no matter what Transflo thinks. The ONLY solution is to end the 'Image Optimization' compression. There are MANY physical things and scenarios, that Transflo doesn't think about, that will unavoidably reduce the quality of the scan; without them piling on with their ill-advised image compression. Things like bills getting rained on, wrinkled or folded up (to put in the drivers pocket to keep the rain off them or to avoid losing them), thermal paper or other faint printing, poor lighting conditions (too much or too little light), 2nd or 3rd level carbon copies, dashboard or steering wheel vibrations from the running engine when using it as a platform for snapping the picture, etc, etc. 'Any' amount of image compression, unless it is truly lossless compression, is completely unacceptable unless it can be turned off completely at the drivers will. I have unlimited data & would GLADLY leave all the image compression (mischaracterized as 'Optimization'), completely turned off. It would save me SO much worry & aggravation & repeated rescanning. So, to recap: Please (1) Leave one star reviews, and make a comment in support of a user Setting to turn off the data compression completely (2) Inform your company that Transflo is deliberately compressing data, and thereby reducing the quality of the ONE document that makes the drivers and the carriers and the company stockholders any money. Thereby inevitably delaying the company receiving payment for those trips. (3) Point out that some marginal BOLs are barely readable even when held in the hand, let alone after even the HIGHEST quality scan, so any loss of image quality, however slight, would be unacceptable. So an Off button is the only right way to go, not a mere reduction in the amount of image degradation, but sending at full 'Original' color & resolution; and that, in this regard, (4) Transflo is completely unhelpful and unwilling to let our, initially, high quality scans from our expensive high powered phones go through to the carriers without Transflo first, reducing or eliminating the readability of these critically important documents with their data compression. And (5) that the carriers need to bring corporate pressure to bear, in order to convince Pegasus TransTech (Transflo) to do the right thing and quit reducing, in any way, the quality of our scans.

Pictures not clear

New update causes chat screen to flash.

It can't seem to keep up with real-time developments. As a result, it's clogged with a lot of extraneous activity that doesn't require attention. Example: asking for scans that are already completed; or, not allowing deletion of excess entries.

I would have given this app 5 stars if there was a way that i could go back to past trip sheets because sometimes things happen and you have to go back to older ones for one reason or another. It would be perfect if this app could do that.

Great app saves time getting paperwork in

App stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled and it says there is an error every time I put my info in. Of all the apps on my phone, this one is by far the worst. I would rather switch employers and find someone who doesn't use this trash, than have to continue using this.

Here is my biggest problem. Our phones are capable at taking super high resolution pictures. This app downgrades and horrifically degrades that quality and makes everything I scan in look like it got wet washed. I can get higher resolution pictures using Cam Scanner and emailing PDFs in. Its the exact samething as what were doing here. Idk why people still use Transflo to be honest.

Newest update completely breaks my camera after taking one picture, requiring a phone restart. Your incompetence is fathomless. How ridiculous is it that I have to use camscanner to take a picture, export a jpg, then import that into your steaming pile to get it to work. You have had years to get it together and yet failure is the only mode you know. Fire your developer. delete your code. Hire somebody with at least a cursory knowledge of the workings of a computer. Start over. PLEASE.

Update: it looks like the only showing second message issue may have finally been fixed but my question is when using the application on a tablet will there ever be the option to have the program in landscape mode instead of always in portrait mode. Would be great to have it that way for things like the Rand McNally tablet..

Downloaded this app and we can't even use it to scan our documents in to the company because it doesn't give us the option for it!!! Very frustrating!!!!!! Must have to have the most expensive smart phone for it too work.

I agree with the driver on the subject of poor image compression. There have been times when using this app to try to send bol's that are carbon copies, folded or rained on damn near impossible. In situations like these my phone camera still takes a nice beautiful and readable pic but by the time optimizations finishes bring the document down to nothing, its not readable. Last night i try to turn in a 2 drop load and there was about 15 pages of dreaded carbon copy bills. I managed to make it to the 10 page and literally after 30 pics of the tenth page being rejected i gave up. I do understand trying to keep the consumers data usage down by using compression. But in a demanding world and most cellular companies offer enough data for business and play. Lets end the crappy image compression .

Scanning trip sheets is becoming a major pain once again. Two pics and it's fine but can't do more than two when I need to anymore. Thank god this app is free

Stupid freaking "picture not in focus" even taking photo with professional camera, uploading to pc, then using Adobe Photoshop to make the receipt crystal clear I can't get this piece of junk program to let me submit receipts for my out of pocket expenses.

The app mainly works but I can't delete old messages. It makes it hard to navigate when there's a stock pile of old messages just cluttering up your chat.

I would give you more than 1 star if half the time I try to to use this app while parked in a truckstop it didn't lock out the screen saying "Your company has requested to lock Transflo Mobile Plus while driving. Fix your damn location detection.

This app would be really nice if you could respond directly to the messages you receive it seems you can only chat with those that are in Tontitown. I work out of the Irving terminal it would be nice to be able to respond to the messages received from there. I hope you guys will add a message reply option to this app that would seal the deal on it five stars.

Works better if you have a pinter of your own in the truck and can scan documents rsther than taking pictures

Lately after a few pages it will continously say image is out of focus.

The scan feature doesnt work. Always wants pictures to be retaken.

LG phones once again..can't work with anything..transfer really needs to fix this app..barely even works compared to having it on an iPhone

My rating is more in regards to the HOS ELD part of Transflo but since you tethered it with the scanning app as well...... #1. Night Mode, create it it. Driving down the road at night with the blinding white light from the ELD in my face is unsafe. #2. HOS Recap display. Seriously I can't find anywhere in the options or other features to see my up coming recap hours. What's the sense in an ELD if I still have to keep a notebook to track the recap hours for trip planning. #3. Refresh, seriously annoying that I have to turn the screen off to avoid retna burn driving at night only to have to sit through the program refreshing itself when I turn the screen back on and I'm in a hurry to change duty status. #4. Give us the option of seeing are log graph the way we're actually used to creating it. That bar graph is a headache to look at when you've been applying lines to a time scale log book for years. #5. You have to give some grace on moving around. Had to start over on my 30 minute break multiple times because where I could get to was tightly packed and had to move the truck a few times to let others out, move the truck a few feet and it kicks me to the drive line screwing my break up. My 30 minute break turned into an hour and fifteen minutes. I'm being forced to use your software and equipment in my truck otherwise I would have uninstalled it and went for a refund already. Take a look at the "Big Road" ELD and their User Interface, you could learn a thing or two. Hell even PeopleNet has your stuff beat. On a positive note your better than Rand McNally lol

My loads will not show.. it is stuck in offline mode. I have submitted several requests for tech support but never got any response.

Good app. Love it. Should make it where driver can scan to a printer scanner copier so it b easier then trying to take pics but it good none the less.

Take pics ok send thru transflo come out fuzzy. Why?

It's been working fine but my last load assignment isn't coming to me and nobody knows why

Poor scanning of bills. I've got a 12megapixel camera phone. Use it in transflow and it's like a $20 Wal-Mart special phone. Really poor translation from camera native format to whatever transflow is using...

Please add .pdf file types to 'Add Existing.' We can scan to pdf and retain high quality thus fixing the bad image quality everyone is complaining about.

Being able to import PDF files would be a great big help. I seldom have to import JPG files.

Easy to use. Scan trip sheet and bills , send them into the either, get a confirmation number. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
