Its great for sending in documents but has trouble showing weather and payroll it better to get that info from somewhere else cause this app has troubles i cant get into my payroll cause it doesnt remember the password i put in but i like the fact i can send in docs to my company

Sucky app from horrible developers. Get the load tab back working plz

Right now it's only good for transfloing jobs in. It's been gutted of it's messaging and load preview features, and I have a feeling they're not coming back.

It was better when we was able to message from the app get load information Fresno features back and I will give it 4 stars

It want let me receive anything like what run CRST send thru the quadcom

They use it to track your every move and use that information against you to fire you

Why won't it let me log in it logged me out and I can't get back into it

I downloaded the app and it works fairly well. If the Qualcomm goes down it is helpful but doesn't show fuel solution and you can't do any macro. I also didn't like it when you try to read a prior message and you scroll up to read it the page keeps scrolling down. So it can be difficult sometimes. I do like that you get your messages before Qualcomm and you don't have to pull over and stop truck to read. Your co-driver can read while truck is moving. In my opinion the good does out weigh the bad. I also like that you don't have to wait in truck for messages.

After last weeks update can no longer access Loads and Messaging. Both features are no longer there. My most used options!!! The payroll will only access my payroll, can't change driver ID and password to access my spouses payroll, whom doesn't have a smart phone. CRST Pay website no longer works, also haven't been able to get into Fleet Advance either since the update. We now have no way to access his payroll...perfect!

As of 09/06/17 I had trouble logging in, and now that I can log in to the app there is no messaging button, no loads review button, I'm not getting emails or any other type of notifications. Due to the lack of communication through the app I have to constantly check the trucks Qualcomm in order to see if I have a load. Before the last update the app worked well enough for me to be able to leave the truck if I had no loads, now I'm stuck at the house and feels like I'm a prisoner to the truck because the app isn't functional. Hope it goes back to working properly so that I can get back to work.

So far I have nothing but horrible experience with his company. When it comes setting trainee with competent lead trainer crst fail miserable. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Was great when it had messaging and load confirmation abilities. Now they're gone and it's nearly useless. Why were those features removed?

For the last 5 weeks I've been unable to see my payroll check! Uninstalled and reinstalled app.and still get the black screen instead of pay stub. Sometimes I receive notifications up to 24hrs+ late. The whole point of this app to me is to see my earnings are in order and to know when I have to grab my gear and be on the road on my off time. Luckily, the late notifications has happened mostly when on the road where I can see q.c.'s and or my co.Driver gets msgs. During my time off its happened1nce

Everything about CRST Sucks!!! They steal your money and you have to fight with them for months to get your own money reimbursed to you!!! Company and all that it stands for sucks Ass!!!!! They care nothing about their Drivers @ are strictly for their profits and Drivers Don't Matter Whatsoever!!!!!

Cant message anymore, nor can you view your paystub either. The app has seriously gotten worse

I jsve installed and uninstalled this app 8 times in hopes that my payroll will show up. Still nothing. It also does not fully synchronize to my Qualcomm. I only receive some messages. Everything else is ok....potentially a great application. "Potentially"

In the beginning the app was great. No problems. Got my messages here before my qualcomm. Now the load info won't load up. It stays blank. Hopefully the update will be better but right now all I'm getting is zero loads even though I have 3 confirmed

I've downloaded this app in hopes of being not to only see my settlements but to be able to see how in fuel was spent, maintenance miles, and other details alike that affects the pay. All it shows you is the aftermath.

this app is pretty good, the messages need to stay where I scroll them to and not automatically scroll to the last message unless one has either arived or sent out, as for loads we should be able to remove them from the list especially when the load has been taken from us or changed to someone else and a transfloed section should be add to the available and accepted load that way we can track what loads have been transfloed

I try to used but say driver not valid and a check the crst pay and all.my inf is correct.

Chat need to turn off auto scrolling... need to be able to send macros from app

I love this app. It works better than the Qualcomm. I would love it if we could msg airfreight from the app.
