I am unable to access many acts and rule despite of having subscription. If my issue isn't resolved asap I will make sure that I sue you guys for misleading the consumer

Certainly this is one of the best app but regret to say that I have to cancel my purchase order and when I installed this app, it is saying that app has not been activated although my account has been deducted of Rs.499.00. I could have given it four but due to installation technical problem I am giving two rating

On my earlier review your team replied that "Hello Sir, The app can be installed on single device with one payment. As you want to install the app on second device, please pay for the same. Thanks" But, who said them that i want to use it on two devices, damn it it is not functioning on single device.... worst response, worst client service and worst app too.... nothing to use

It showing you are not activated user I can't open any act waste of money need immediate refund or make it usable

This app is not compatible with Marshmallow version of Android. I am unable to renew the app as it does not have menu button. I tried reaching out to Taxmann but they informed that I can only renew if I can access the menu. The menu option is not built in the app. Highly disappointed.

I have paid for this. Unable to log in when I upgrade the device. Sent the phone number to your mail. Waiting for the response.

Regret to inform that even after purchase it is still giving the msg not activated. Purchase amount paid inadvertently more than once and still they have not refunded the surplus amount. Disappointed.

I have been trying to use this app since last year. There is always a purchase issue. I paid the money and tried searching laws and it says user not registered. This has been happening since last year. A guy keeps calling me and telling me that he'll fix the issue but nothing happens. It makes me wonder if they are sober businessmen or the app developer is just effing crazy

no communication from taxmann regarding the activation... Non stop ads in a paid version...don't cheat the customers.. Very disappointed.. Ive just now installed and uninstalled the app.

Not able to access any section/rule

Waste of time app. I paid.i was charged twice.after i made a number of emails regarding refund....i was replied for the first time....they confirmed the repayment after a month from my first email to them.the refund eas received after 4 months from their confirmation of refund that too after a deduction of rs 150 in the name of transaction fees..hello? Was it my mistake.? ..still i was charged....moreover after this app actually cost me rs 649 many acts still show an error " you are not an activated user"

Who wants to or has the time to save section by section Offline? It doesnt even cache frequently used Bare Acts nor sections. Real waste of money right now...
