Should have a webapp as the app cannot be kept installed in the device due to low memory issues. Couldnot find the mobile friendly website.

Just installed even though i dont use Auto Rickshaw. As a Bangalorean i installed for checking purpose, Will write a review once I travel in Auto ,. Await for my review :)

Great idea. But, questions are too subjective. You might get varied opinions from different people travelling in the same auto. You should have more objective questions like What was your travel distance? What was the amount you ended up paying the driver? What time of the did your travel start? And then should rate the auto based on the answers given.

I really hope this takes off. Maybe auto drivers in the future will put up a yelp-esque boards saying "Leave us a nice review at Happy auto!" Thank you, Frustrated Auto User

More people need to know this exists. Build an OSX version too.

I downloaded this app thinking it has a fare calculator too... U should add a fair calculator to it so as to know wat is the amount for a speciefied destination.....

This could be a very useful app. Some added features would be very useful. like in ebay, after a purchase the seller always wants the buyer to rate him. This is because his rating is visible to all probable buyers. Like that there should be some way to view the rating before boarding an Auto or some actions taken against drivers with consistent negative rating. This will also encourage drivers to drive safely and cause no problems to their clients.

Looks a promising step to teach behavioral lesson to drivers. How often we get disappointing service. Let's see if this really makes an impact

Can you plz change the search index.. Bz we need to search "happyauto" instead of "happy auto"

Complaining about driver either he was wrong is okay, if the new passenger arrived (new to Bangalore) if he don't know the way points how he satisfy that he was going to the right direction or wrong. So please add the route markings for the defined direction. Other wise the app was awesome.. Thank u.

You need to have a section for faulty meters and whether the driver has updated his meter according to the latest prices. This is important as rates have been changing pretty often.

Seems to be working well. Would recommend having some sort of a recognition system based on images captured by the phone. Would make more sense click a photo rather than to manually type it out.
