Hi, I am surprised initially to see review on your platform until I use it to retrieve a ticket. ANY application with more than 3 steps are really considered non productive. I can see you use the verification login as Google did through handphone but leave the user a choice to retrieve from PC as sometimes the first encounter with your platform is via PC. I would suggest to ask your CEO, CIO to try to retrieve the ticket, and they cant get it done in 3 steps, then please improve it. Jack Ma says, if he cant use it, 80% of the people will not be able to use it. Thanks for the opportunity to leave a review here for improvement.

Peatix is a lousy ticketing system that forces you to install this app to access your tickets. I will take great delight in deleting it the minute I walk in the door.

App redirects when trying to purchase tickets. Spoke to person in charge but issue could not be solved. Until now I am not able to purchase my tickets. Very disappounting app!!!

Forced to download this app just because I bought an event ticket. Really unnecessary. Could have just send e-ticket and save all the trouble.

App redirects to nowhere when trying to purchase event tickets. Frustrating. Organizers should stay away.

The event cancelled but this platform only refund partially of the total money paid. It's suck

As an event organise.... Peatix platform is unnecessarily complicated and I can't access the info for people who registered for my events easily. Confusing.

For god sake it's 2017 people. Stop asking people to download things.

It's not useful and it's not nice to force us downloading it for tickets

I avoid events that make you register through peatix. Why won't they just let you download your ticket as a PDF rather than forcing you to download an unwanted app?

Tickets I purchased are only available through the app. The show's tomorrow and now I can't login to my account. I'm not going to get my money back if the app fails me, so I'm stuck between a rock and a huge pile of crap called Peatix. Why can't they just send me the ticket in an email that I can show at the event on my phone? No wonder the app rating sucks.

Forced to download to claim tickets when info could have easily been sent in an email. Why does it need permission for contacts and to disable screen overlay? Very troublesome and does not make sense to me. 100% will uninstall after using the tickets.

I send a ticket to my sister's e-mail who didn't have the app beforehand. So she clicked on the link "claim your ticket" downloaded the app and now when she wants to view her tickets there is none. Ticket money down the drain because of this buggy app.

Pointless App.

Not advisable to use Peatix app to buy any ticket because too many advertisement, and difficult to trace the ticket. In the end , your money gone into the drain.

Terrible, bogus system that spams you with ads and untargetted information. Rubbish. Companies, pls send tickets regularly via email.

No prompts for events under groups i followed. One of the events, attendees name appeared in triplicates. And event is sold out. Which is weird as i sign up 1 time amd my name appeared 3 times. Friend downloaded the app but cannot sign in. Crazy
