I used to be able too see all my account balances from the home screen. Now it is cut in half. It doesn't show my balance once I click on an account only my last transaction. It was easier to use before the update

Can't log into the app using my online information? What's the point having an app if i have to redo all my information just to get it to work. annoying.

I can't log in. It keeps saying my user ID must be 8-24 characters long, and mine is. So, I don't understand what the problem is. I will uninstall this app, and just log on to the website.

Tried to log in but it won't let me. Tells me that user ID should be 6-24 characters long & mine is. Uninstalled.

The previous version was great and functional. The latest version v2.9.3 does not display my balances completely. It is definitely SUBPAR.

Can't use website info to log in. I had to call to get the account activated for the app. Very simple. Not complicated at all.

You do need a separate login then online but it usually is you phone number and you can pick the password I love it I've been using this bank for years and the app has just got better and better

This app is just a worse looking version of the online view and the navigation is subpar at best. Please get someone to redo this app.

Love this app. Easy to log in and accounts are available at the touch of your screen. Was receiving daily text about account. What happened to this feature?

The new UI is just aweful. 1/3 of the screen is dominated by the peach state logo and doesn't go away when you scroll leaving a very small area for useful information. There are two tabs but you can't swipe left and right to switch between them. There is a bar at the top that all it does is have the menu button and a peach icon. The menu button could be moved down to the row where the tabs are and the peach icon can just go.

It didn't need changed unless more secure. Update: Dec 2016. Keeps freezing and Internal server error.

I uset my correct username and it still saying i need at least 6 letter or more and while i have no problem accessing through the website

Every time I go to use the bill pay on the app..it crashes. First it'll say payment error. Hit the ok button...then it'll come up as peach state app has stopped working...report or ok. Then the terms and agreement clause will come up for the online bill pay...Hit agree..and then it says unable to contact the banking service..please try again later....grrrrr

The update is terrible, the older version was much better

Used this app for 2 years logging in the same way for that period of time. Never use my pc for banking only my phone. Update my app and everything changed...should have been notified for such a major update to an app. Went to perform a simple transaction and could not because I have to call them to set up everything...really...that sucks.

I have used this app for a very long time and have always loved it. The new update only lets you see 10 transactions with the option to have a longer history emailed to you. This defeats the purpose of the app and forces you to log in online to view your history. PLEASE CHANGE THAT FEATURE BACK TO HOW IT WAS BEFORE.

New format....SUX! Only get 10 days of transactions...SUX! This update took 10 steps back. The old version was way more information. Just plain pathetic...SUX!!!

No longer allows us to transfer to a loan account. In the previous version of the app, we could make payments on our loans by simply transferring the funds to the loan account. Now, it only lets us transfer to the savings and checking.

I can still see my account like i want but it shows that u can mobile deposit a check and i cant find that option on the app

But why does it show that we can make a deposit with a check but not a option in the app...

This app is nice to have, but it need to do more like any other bank or credit union apps. It's to simple and doesn't give you enough option to use. Please up date.

I like online better than the app, only because the app doesn't show pending transactions

I spent 30 mins scan my phone because EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT. Kept checking to make sure it was legit, then I couldn't log in.

I think this is an excellent Bank and the people are very anxious to help you. I have to speak with them almost every day since my computer is down they are always pleasant and eager help me get my situation under control thank you.

Why would you create an app that requires a login of numbers only? What about us that have letters for our online accounts? Address this issue and I will rate approiatly. As of now, this app is usless for me. Still have to login on website.

What the hell. Why isn't the app working & why did the update have to mess everything up? Fix it. It was fube before.

You do have to call in or visit a branch to activate mobile access after downloading. After calling in, they will give you a user ID and temp password. Once you logged in the first time, you will get an email with your one time security code. Enter that and select a new password. You're all set. The whole process took me less than 5 min.
