UPP Lost Report App

I am not able to download my article lost report. Showing technical issues not able to download. Even didn't get report through email.after waiting long time going to uninstall this app.

I have lodged a fir on 11th Jan 2017. But I have been provided with copy of Jan 2015 of someone else. Plz rectify this issue asap. Thanks.

I used it & i got my lost mob through it. Really it is a good app for ordinary man & those people who has no time for go to police station to complaint his lost things

Report is submitted but I am unable to download my report. We download through website by lost article no.

Saves lots of time.only problem is that filed FIR/LOST REPORT is unable for downloads in app ,one needs to goto website through browser to download it.Please take care of it

Though it's good move towards digitalisation of india but still the app is not fully functional, I registered for my lost phone and got a report number, but neither I m able to see my digitally signed report in app option nor i got it in my email as stated by received message. The same issue has been already raised by Mr Praveen in 2015, but no resolution has been made yet. So bit disappointing.

Tried to logg the complaint twice but every time got a copy complaint registered by some one else.... The app is not Working properly.

I tried three times to register complaint of lost mobile but the report that I get is somebody else's. Like, I am in Ghaziabad but the report in PDF file sent to has details of somebody in Lucknow. A good initiative going in vain because of neglect or deliberate malfunction.

My mobile was stolen and i wanted to file a FIR in a police station but they told to download this app .Filled full details thrice but otp is not coming in any form neither on msg nor in my mail ID . Don't know what to do know. Please help me

I successfully got the complaint no. But app is not giving digitally signed copy of complaint

Congrats for this must needed app. No need to give 150 rs to police station.

When i am lodging complain, it is showing last year and occurrence date and time changed. very worst.

I m lodging complaint against my lost mobile and after filling all the details and then submitting it and getting sms confirmation and all and after that when i m viewing my complaint with that complaint no. It is showing me someone else copy of complaint whom i don't know and m unable to see my complain plz resolve this issue

It gives you nice experience for administration related complaints and above all fast hearing.

The report was filed with convinence, but did not recived the soft copy of report by mail and also when i'm trying to open the report under 'view registered report' section a messege is displayed that 'unable to view'. Fix this problem as i have to apply for new document on the basis of this report.

I am reporting my lost Complaint and pdf file is showing someone else's report and also it can be viewed only in apps Registered Report section, no pdf file is sent to email ID. Please resolve my problem.

बिलकुल बकवास। FIR मैंने lodge करी और पता नही किसका नाम लिख के आ रहा है उसमें।घटिया app कोई मतलब ही नही रहा complaint करने का

Complaints results is very delay to response i file my complaint 1 month back but still there is no response, i think this app only for self satisfactory.

Filed a report about 30 days ago but still can't take a print of it neither the copy of report has been sent to my registered email Id

Same problem with me as Praveen Jain said, no email sent of digitally signed copy. Even pdf available in app is unable to open though I have latest version of app.

I'm not getting the mail of digitally signed fir. Even i can't download the pdf file registered. Its totally frustrating.. i tried two times & the same problem occurs

After filling all the details and everything required to file in the end the copy was of someone else's name and details I tried twice but it didn't show my details

My wife use this app.. police guys also drinked they dsnot help us totally Ford app, Up police hai hai... naaaare lagne chaiye inke liye

I tried almost a week filing complaint through this app but haven't got a OTP single time.. I think it is useless

Filed Complaint against lost of my mobile lenovo 6000 plus but got PDF copy of someone else report...don't know how it works like this...dissapointed...

Some serious issue is in this app. I filled application for passbook lost however i got a copy of someone else complaint for mobile phone lost.

I filed a report yesterday. But whenever i am trying to open the report it says unable to view the report.. Help me out please

I raised lost item report. While downling it, it showing "unable to download report". Even I didn't receive the report copy on Email mentioned in this report.

I have registered my complaint thorough this app, but can u please tell me that how much time it will take to processed my complaint?? Would i get back my mobile phone for which i filed a complaint.. please tell me?

I tried to register through the web site but after sending OTP nothing works. Then i tried to register through this app and still same issue. After the OTP nothing works. I need to register a complaint but i cant till this app works.

Everyone should use it in case of need

Complaints result is very delay and may be not successfully proceed.. its a self satisfaction app ..
