Delhi Police MV Theft e-FIR

I am not even register on the app. Getting Network error, whereas my internet is working fine.. neither your MV-THEFT option on your website is not working nor your app is working. Unable to get FIR NO. tiĺ now after 10 days, investigstion kya karoge woh toh bhagwan hi malik h

What is the reason that a proper application can't be made? Network Error is the only thing which this app has for you. Thanks for wasting my time.

I am unable to sign up, not able to register in your application. Always shows NETWORK ERROR even my network is perfect. Please solve this.

Not able to download fir report from the application and the police station says the servers are facing problem and they can't provide me with an FIR My FIR number is 10727/2017

It has become 3+ month but i am not getting final report.Application is showing pending investigation......is there any deadline or way to expedite? If i am to consult police station this application is of no use.
